الآليات الوقائية لدور الشباب في مواجهة إنحراف الأحداث

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الي الكشف عنالآليات الوقائية لدور الشباب في مواجهة انحراف الأحداث من خلال العلاقة الكامنة بين الياتها الوقائية واستراتيجياتها الاجتماعية و عملية احتواء الاحداث من الانحراف، ابتداء من استقطاب فئة التلاميذ المتمدرسين الي باقي الفئات الشبانية الأخرى، وذلك عبر انشظة علمية وبيداغوجية وترفيهية ورياضية، وحتي في مجال التكوين بالنسبة للشباب العاطل، وإعادة الادماج الاجتماعي للشباب المنحرفين. ومن خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها فقد كشفت هذه الدراسة ان مراكز الشباب في الجزائر تراجعت عن دورها الاجتماعي والوقائي المتمثل أساسا في احتواء الشباب من الانحراف، فأصبحت تعاني من عدة عراقيل تعيقها عن أداء الدور المنوط بها كمؤسسة اجتماعية، خاصة عزوف فئة الشباب عن الانخراط فيها والعجز المالي في ميزانية التسيير، مما ادي الي فشلها في عدم مواكبة ومسايرة العصر

This study aims to reveal the preventive mechanisms of the role of youth in facing juvenile delinquency,Through the latent relationship between its preventive mechanisms and social strategies and the process of containing juveniles from deviation,Starting from attracting the class of school students to the rest of the other youth groups,This is done through scientific, pedagogical, recreational and sports activities, and even in the field of training for unemployed youth, and the social reintegration of delinquent youth. Through the results obtained, this study revealed that youth centers in Algeria have retreated from their social and preventive role, represented mainly in containing young people from deviation.It suffers from several obstacles that hinder it from performing the role entrusted to it as a social institution, especially the reluctance of the youth group to engage in it and the financial deficit in the management budget, which led to its failure to keep pace with the times.
