Les techniques d'exploitation des gisements de marbre (cas de Filfila - Skikda)

Abstract

ولاية سكيكدة الجزائرية تمتاز بتنوع ثرواتها الطبيعية، منها منطقة فليفلة التي تشتهر بأجود أنواع الرخام. في دراستنا التقنية حول طرق استغلال الرخام بهذه المنطقة، قمنا بمقارنة بين طريقة تقليدية باستخدام آلة الخيط الألماسي وطريقة عصرية مزدوجة (آلة الخيط الألماسي + آلة القطع) من حيث الإنتاج السنوي، الزمن المستغرق، والمردود. أظهرت النتائج أن الطريقة العصرية تنتج 44478.72 م³/سنة من الرخام مقارنة بـ 35480 م³/سنة للطريقة التقليدية، وتستغرق وقتًا أقل بـ 40.74 ساعة. بناءً على هذه النتائج، اخترنا الطريقة العصرية كالأفضل لاستخراج الرخام في وحدة فليفلة. Résumé : La wilaya de Skikda en Algérie est connue pour la diversité de ses ressources naturelles, y compris la région de Filfila, célèbre pour son marbre de haute qualité. Dans notre étude technique sur les méthodes d'exploitation du marbre dans cette région, nous avons comparé la méthode traditionnelle utilisant le fil diamanté avec une méthode moderne double (fil diamanté + machine de découpe) en termes de production annuelle, de temps requis et de rendement. Les résultats ont montré que la méthode moderne produit 44 478,72 m³/an de marbre contre 35 480 m³/an pour la méthode traditionnelle, et prend 40,74 heures de moins. Sur la base de ces résultats, nous avons choisi la méthode moderne comme la meilleure pour l'extraction du marbre dans l'unité de Filfila. Abstract: The wilaya of Ski3239+kda in Algeria is known for the diversity of its natural resources, including the region of Filfila, which is famous for its high-quality marble. In our technical study on the marble extraction methods in this region, we compared the traditional method using a diamond wire with a modern dual method (diamond wire + cutting machine) in terms of annual production, required time, and yield. The results showed that the modern method produces 44,478.72 m³/year of marble compared to 35,480 m³/year for the traditional method and takes 40.74 hours less. Based on these results, we selected the modern method as the best for marble extraction in the Filfila unit
