استراتيجيات الاتصال الرقمي في المؤسسات التربوية دراسة لعينة من الثانويات بولاية -تبسة

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا المعنونة باستراتيجيات الاتصال الرقمي في المؤسسات التربوية الى التعرف على واقع تطبيق استراتيجيات الاتصال الرقمي في المؤسسات التربوية ثانويات ولاية تبسة، وذلك من خلال التركيز على التعرف على آليات واسس وضع واعداد استراتيجيات اتصالية رقمية ناجحة وصولا الى العراقيل والصعوبات التي تحول دون تطبيقها بشكل فعال. وإبراز المجالات التي يتم فيها استخدام تقنيات وأساليب الاتصال الرقمي، وتبيان أثرها على مختلف العمليات والمهام المنوطة وتبيان أثرها في تعزيز فعالية هذه المؤسسات التربوية. ولقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي مكننا من التغطية الشاملة للموضوع، من خلال استهداف عينة قصدية تتكون من خمسة 5 ثانويات ولاية تبسة عينة دراستنا وللإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسي لموضوع دراستنا "ما هو واقع تطبيق استراتيجيات الاتصال الرقمي في المؤسسات التربوية" استعنا بأداتي الملاحظة والمقابلة كانت هذه الأخيرة الأداة الرئيسية لجمع البيانات وتحليلها وتفسيرها، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى: - ان الاستراتيجيات المعتمدة في تطبيق الاتصال الرقمي في المؤسسات التربوية هي استراتيجيات مركزية يختلف تطبيقها وتجسيدها من مؤسسة الى أخرى. - كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة ان تبني الاتصال الرقمي في المؤسسات التربوية يتم بشكل مدروس ومنظم وبشكل تدريجي. - ان دمج تقنيات الاتصال الرقمي في هذه المؤسسات التربوية أحدث تغيير ملحوظ على مستوى كل من الأنشطة الإدارية والتعليمية بالمؤسسة. وبالرغم من الانعكاس الإيجابي لتبني الاتصال الرقمي وتطبيق استراتيجياته في المؤسسات التربوية الا ان هناك تحديات وعراقيل تواجه تنفيذ استراتيجيات الاتصال الرقمي وتبني هذا التحول الرقمي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتصال الرقمي، المؤسسات التربوية، الاستراتيجية الاتصالية، الاستراتيجية.

Abstract:

Our study, entitled « Digital communication strategies in educational institution, aim to identify the reality of applying digital communication strategies in educational institution in Tebessa, by focusing on identifying the mechanisms and fondations of developing and preparing successful digital communication stragies down to the obstacles and difficulties that prevent their effective application. Highlight the areas in which digital communication technologies and methods are used and indicating their impact on the various processes and tasks assigned to educational institution (secondary schools) and indicating their impact in enhancing the effective Ness of these educational institutions. The study was based on the descriptive analytical approach, which enabled us to comprehensively cover the topic, by targeting an interntional sample consisting of five high schools in the state of Tebessa. Our study sample. To answer the main question of the subject of our study « what is the reality of applying digital communication strategies in educational institution », we used the observation and interview tools, the latter was the main tool for data collection, anallysis and interpretation, the study concluded: The strategies adopted in the application of digital communication in educational institutions are central strategies and embodiment of which varies from one institution to another. The results of the study also showed that the adoption of digital communication in educational institution is carried out thoughtfully, systematically and gradually. The integration of digital communication technologies in these educational institutions has made a significant change at the level of both administrative and educational activities in the institution. Despite the positive reflection in the adoption of digital communication and the application of its strategies in the educational institution, there are challenges and obstacles facing the implementation of digital communication strategies and the adoption of this digital transfomation Keywords: Digital communication, educational institutions, strategic communication, Digital communication strategy.
