دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في دعم مخرجات التعليم العالي لإنشاء مؤسسات ناشئة دراسة ميدانية بحاضنة أعمال جامعة - تبسة-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في دعم مخرجات التعليم العالي لإنشاء مؤسسات ناشئة من خلال الكشف عن احتياجات مشاريع الطلبة و الخدمات التي تقدمها الحاضنة الجامعية لتلبيها و معرفة الآليات التي تتخذها الحاضنة لتعزيز ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى الطلبة إضافة إلى معرفة الصعوبات و التحديات و العوائق التي تواجه تعاون حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية مع مخرجات التعليم العالي و الصعوبات التي تعيق سيرورة مشاريع الطلبة بالإضافة إلى التعرف على سبل تحسبن جودة التعاون بين حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية و المؤسسة الجامعية ، و قد تم إجراء هاته الدراسة بأسلوب المسح الشامل على موظفي حاضنة الأعمال لجامعة تبسة و المقدر ب 20 مبحوث و تم الوصول إلى 15 مبحوث في حين المتبقين من العدد الكلي من المبحوثين لم نتمكن من الوصول لهم لإقناعهم بالإجابة . و تندرج الدراسة ضمن الدراسات الوصفية و تم الاعتماد فيها على المنهج الوصفي الملائم لجمع الحقائق ووصف الظواهر ، أما أداة جمع البيانات تمثلت في استمارة الاستبيان و استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في التكرارات و النسب و عرض و مناقشة النتائج . الكلمات المفتاحية: حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية ،الدعم ، مخرجات التعليم العالي ،ريادة الأعمال .

Abstract :

This study aims at discovering the role of university business incubators in assisting the outcomers of higher education in creating startups through covering the needs of the students projects and the services the incubators provide in order to meet their needs.This study aspires as well to identify the mechanisms the incubators use in order to boost the culture of entrepreneurship among students.Moreover , one of the other aims of this work is spotting the difficulties ,the challenges and the obstacles that faces the collaborations between incubators and the high education outcomers.We look forward also to know techniques of improving the quality of collaboration between incubators and universities. This study was conducted using a comprehensive survey method on the employees of the business incubator at Tebessa University. The number of employees is estimated to be 20; we succeeded to contact 15 of them while we failed to convince the others in being copporative with us. The study falls within the realm of descriptive studies and relied on the descriptive method, which is suitable for gathering facts and describing phenomena. The tool of investigation used was a questionnaire and the use of statistical methods such as frequencies, proportions, and presenting and discussing the results.
