دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في التوعية الصحية – دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية تبسة

Abstract

جاءت هاته الدراسة لتعالج موضوع: دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في التوعية الصحية (دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية تبسة) حيث سعينا إلى ابراز هذا الدور من خلال القيام بدراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بتبسة، وقد تم تسليط الضوء على كيفية استخدام التكنولوجيا لتحقيق أهداف التوعية الصحية وتحسين وصول الخدمات الصحية للمجتمع، حيث اعتمدنا في دراستنا هاته على المنهج الوصفي في تحليل وتفسير بيانات الاستبيان الذي حرصنا على توظيفه كأداة لجمع البيانات من قبل عينة مزدوجة مكونة من 30 موظفا و35 مريضا بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية تبسة، وتوصلنا في الأخير إلى أن تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة باتت تمثل قوة دافعة لتغيير السلوك الصحي ، حيث تتيح وسائل فعالة لنشر المعرفة وتوجيه السلوكيات الإيجابية، كما أنه يفتح أبوابا لتوفير الخدمات الصحية عن بعد، مما يسهم في تحسين وصول الفرد إلى الرعاية الصحية، وتقليل التوجهات غير الصحية.

Abstruct: The study aimed to address the role of modern communication technology in health awareness (a field study at the Public Health Institution in Tebessa). We sought to highlight this role through a field study at the Public Health Institution in Tebessa, shedding light on how technology is used to achieve health awareness goals and improve access to healthcare services for the community. Our study relied on the descriptive approach in analyzing and interpreting questionnaire data, which we used as a tool to collect data from a dual sample consisting of 30 employees and 35 patients at the Public Health Institution in Tebessa. Ultimately, we found that modern communication technology has become a driving force for changing health behavior and promoting health awareness. It provides effective means to disseminate knowledge and guide positive behaviors, as well as opens doors to remote healthcare services, contributing to improving individual access to healthcare and reducing unhealthy tendencies
