Abstract

الملخص: تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية التي جاءت بهدف التعرف على كيفية تشخيص كفاءة تقنيات التعليم عن بعد في المركز المعلوماتي في الجامعة المركزية (جامعة الشيخ العربي التبسي) حيث انطلقت هذه الدراسة من تساؤل رئيسي يتمثل في: كيف تشخيص كفاءة تقنيات التعليم عن بعد في المركز المعلوماتي في الجامعة المركزية (جامعة الشيخ العربي التبسي) وذلك بغرض إلقاء الضوء على تقنيات التعليم عن بعد في المركز المعلوماتي والتعرف على مدى فاعلية هذه التقنيات في العملية التعليمية إضافة إلى تحديد أبعاد ومستويات الكفاءة في تحقيق جودة تقنيات التعليم عن بعد، وتم ذلك اعتمادا على المنهج المسحي الذي وجدنا أنه الأنسب، حيث تم جمع بيانات الدراسة من خلال إستبانة في شكلها الورقي على عينة مكونة من 30 مفردة، والذين يظهرون كفاءة عالية في مجال عملهم في إطار المسح الشامل، وقد أسفرت الدراسة على مجموعة من النتائج من بينها أنه يتضح أن جامعة الشيخ العربي التبسي قد حققت نجاحاً كبيراً في تطبيق تقنيات التعليم عن بعد، مما يسهم بشكل كبير في تحسين جودة التعليم وتلبية احتياجات جميع الأطراف المشاركة في العملية التعليمية. هذا النجاح ينعكس في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية وتعزيز الأداء الأكاديمي للطلاب، مع تلبية تطلعاتهم الأكاديمية والتعليمية بشكل فعّال ومستدام.

Abstract This study is a descriptive research aimed at identifying how the efficiency of distance learning technologies is assessed in the information center of the central university (University of Sheikh Larbi Tebessi). The study originated from the main question: How is the efficiency of distance learning technologies diagnosed in the information center of the central university (University of Sheikh Larbi Tebessi)? The goal was to shed light on the distance learning technologies used in the information center, evaluate the effectiveness of these technologies in the educational process, and determine the dimensions and levels of efficiency in achieving the quality of these technologies. To achieve this, the study adopted a survey methodology, deemedmostsuitable for the research objectives. Data wascollected through a paper-based questionnaire from a sample of 30 individuals, whodemonstrated high proficiency in their respective fields within the comprehensivesurveyframework. The study concludedwith several findings, one of which is that the University of Sheikh Larbi Tebessi has achievedsignificantsuccess in implementing distance learning technologies. This successsubstantiallycontributes to improving the quality of education and meeting the needs of all participants in the educational process. The success is reflected in achieving educational goals and enhancing the academic performance of students, effectively and sustainablymeeting theiracademic and educational aspirations.
