صراع الأدوار لدى الأستاذات الجامعيات المتزوجات من وجهة نظرهن دراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية – ولاية تبسة

Abstract

الملخص بالعربية: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة صراع الأدوار لدى الأستاذات الجامعيات المتزوجات من وجهة نظرهن بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية -تبسة-، والذي كان محل اهتمام عينة الدراسة في حد ذاتها ولاق اهتماما من مختلف الفئات سواء مفكرين أم باحثين، فانطلقت الدراسة بطرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: "هل تعاني الأستاذات الجامعيات المتزوجات المتزوجات من صراع الأدوار حسب وجهة نظرهن؟" فقمنا بدراسة ميدانية بـ" كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية"، حيث انتمت هذه الدراسة إلى حقل البحوث الوصفية، كما استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي كونه الأنسب لهذه الدراسة، اعتمدنا في جمعنا للبيانات على الاستمارة المتعلقة بصراع الأدوار تحت مجتمع دراسة بلغ عددهم (36) أستاذة بالمجمل وقدرت عينة الدراسة بـ(25) أستاذة، كما تم الاعتماد أيضا على مجموعة من الاختبارات اللامعلمية (النسب المئوية، التكرارات، المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية). وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة الحالية إلى الآتي: - لا تعاني الأستاذة الجامعية الأم من صراع الأدوار، حيث كان المتوسط الحسابي بقيمة منخفضة. - لا تعاني الأستاذة الجامعية المتزوجة من صراع الأدوار، حيث كان المتوسط الحسابي بقيمة منخفضة. - لا يوجد مستوى لصراع الأدوار لدى الأستاذات الجامعيات المتزوجات بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية حسب وجهة نظرهن، حيث كان المتوسط الحسابي بقيمة منخفضة. الملخص بالانجليزية: The current study aims to find out the conflict of roles among married female university professors from their point of view at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences - Tebessa - which was of interest to the study sample in itself and received interest from various groups, whether thinkers or researchers. The study began by asking the following main question: “Does Married female university professors suffer from role conflict, according to their point of view? We conducted a field study at the “Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences - Tebessa”, as this study belonged to the field of descriptive research. We also used the descriptive method as it is the most appropriate for this study. In our data collection, we relied on the form related to role conflict under a study population of (36) female professors. In total, the study sample was estimated at (25) female teachers. We also relied on a set of nonparametric tests (percentages, frequencies, arithmetic means, and standard deviations). The results of the current study reached the following: The mother university professor does not suffer from role conflict, as the arithmetic average -was low. The married university professor does not suffer from role conflict, as the arithmetic mean -was low. - There is no level of role conflict among married female university professors at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, according to their point of view, as the arithmetic mean was low.
