الأسباب النفسية والاجتماعية للتنمر التربوي لدى طلبة الجامعات من وجهة نظر الأساتذة -دراسة ميدانية بقسم علم النفس

Abstract

الملخص: تسعى الدراس الحالية إلى البحث في موضوع الدراسة: الأسباب النفسية والإجتماعية للتنمر التربوي لدى طلبة الجامعات من وجهة نظر اساتذة قسم علم النفس كأحد المواضيع التي لقا إهتمامًا كبيرًا من قبل العديد من المفكرين والباحثين في تخصصات عدة، كما إنطلقت الدراسة بطرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما الأسباب النفسية والاجتماعية للتنمر التربوي لدى طلبة الجامعات من وجهة نظر اساتذة قسم علم النفس بجامعة تبسة؟ ومنه هدفت الدراسة الى تحديد هل الحالة النفسية للطالب تعتبر سببًا في ظهور التنمر التربوي وأيضا هل المعاملة السيئة من طرف الأساتذة سبب في ظهور التنمر لدى الطالب وأخيرا هل جماعة الرفاق سبب في ظهور التنمر لدى الطالب. وللإجابة عن الأسئلة المطروحة والوصول إلى نتائج قمنا بدراسة ميدانية في كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بولاية تبسة بقسم علم النفس تحديدًا وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى حقل البحوث الوصفية، كما استخدمنا المنتج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمة موضوع الدراسة لأنه يصف الظاهرة وأسبابها وعوامل التحكم فيها ويستخلص النتائج لتعميمها، ومنها يستهدف وصف وتحليل الأسباب النفسية والإجتماعية للتنمر التربوي لدى طلبة الجامعات من وجهة نظر اساتذة قسم علم النفس بولاية تبسة، كما اعتمدنا على استمارة استبيان كأداة لجميع البيانات حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من أساتذة قسم علم النفس بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بتبسة البالغ عددها (14) أستاذ وأستاذة كما بلغت عينة الدراسة (14) استاذ وأستاذة تم اختيارهم بطريقة المسح الشامل كما تم الاعتماد على مجموعة من الإختبارات اللامعلمية ( التكرارات، النسب المئوية، المتوسطات الحسابية، الإنحرافات المعمارية، آلفا كرونباخ). وأظهرت النتائج أنه توجد علاقة إرتباطية بين العوامل النفسية والإجتماعية والتنمر التربوي لدى طلبة الجامعات. وفي الأخير نقترح هذه الدراسة يجب علينا حد ظاهرة التنمر التربوي في الجامعات والسعي على تصدي لهذه السلوكيات الضارة ونشجع على بناء بيئة تعليمية آمنة ومشجعة للجميع. Abstract: The current study seeks to investigate the topic of the study: The psychological and social causes of educational bullying among university students from the point of view of professors of the Department of Psychology as one of the topics that have received great attention by many thinkers and researchers in several disciplines, as the study started by asking the following main question: What are the psychological and social causes of educational bullying among university students from the point of view of the professors of the Department of Psychology at the University of Tebessa? The study aimed to determine whether the psychological state of the student is a reason for the emergence of educational bullying and also whether bad treatment by professors is a reason for the emergence of bullying in the student and finally whether the group of comrades is a reason for the emergence of bullying in the student. In order to answer the questions posed and reach results, we conducted a field study at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in the state of Tebessa in the Department of Psychology specifically. This study belongs to the field of descriptive research, and we used the analytical descriptive product to fit the subject of the study because it describes the phenomenon, its causes and control factors, and draws results to generalize them, and from it aims to describe and analyze the psychological and social causes of educational bullying among university students from the perspective of the professors of the Department of Psychology in Tebessa, and we relied on a questionnaire form as a data collection tool where the study community consisted of professors of the Psychology Department at the Faculty of Science The results showed that there is a correlation between psychological and social factors and educational bullying among university students. Finally, this study suggests that we must limit the phenomenon of educational bullying in universities and seek to address these harmful behaviors and encourage the building of a safe and encouraging learning environment for all.
