Abstract

الملخص: موضوع البحث الحالي هو "دور خلية الإصغاء والمتابعة النفسية والتربوية في الحد من العنف المدرسي لدى التلاميذ"، هدف البحث إلى الوقوف على مدى مساهمة الإصغاء والمتابعة في الحد من العنف المدرسي بالطور الثانوي، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن وجود فروق في آراء عينة الدراسة حول موضوع الدراسة تعود لجنسهم ومستوياتهم الدراسية، وللتحقق من الفرضيات تم اعتماد استبيان يتكون من 14 عبارة، طبق الاستبيان على عينة تضم (200 تلميذ وتلميذة بثانوية المجاهد الشريف محمود بن علي بالشريعة)، والذين تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي. وبالنسبة لتحليل بيانات الدراسة تم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية والمتمثلة في معامل الارتباط برسون، الانحرافات المعيارية، المتوسطات الحسابية، وكذا معامل كاي تربيعي (CH2) وكل هذا بالاعتماد على برنامج (spss) الحزمة الإحصائية الخاصة بالدراسات الاجتماعية، وخلصت نتائج البحث إلى ما يلي: - تساهم خلايا الإصغاء والمتابعة النفسية بدرجة مرتفعة في الحد من العنف الجسدي لدى تلاميذ ثانوية المجاهد الشريف محمود بن علي بالشريعة. - تساهم خلايا الإصغاء والمتابعة التربوية بدرجة مرتفعة في الحد من العنف اللفظي لدى ثانوية المجاهد الشريف محمود بن علي بالشريعة. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات التلاميذ حول مساهمة خلايا الإصغاء والمتابعة في الحد من العنف المدرسي تعود لمتغير الجنس. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات التلاميذ حول مساهمة خلايا الإصغاء والمتابعة في الحد من العنف المدرسي تعود لمتغير المستوى الدراسي.

Abstract: The topic of the current research is “The role of the listening and psychological and educational follow-up cell in reducing school violence among students.” The aim of the research is to determine the extent to which listening and follow-up contribute to reducing school violence in the secondary stage, in addition to revealing the presence of differences in the opinions of the study sample on the subject of the study. It depends on their gender and educational levels. To verify the hypotheses, a questionnaire consisting of 14 statements was adopted. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (200 male and female students at Mahmoudi Al-Sharif Secondary School in Sharia), who were chosen randomly, and the descriptive approach was relied upon. To analyze the study data, a set of statistical methods were used, namely the Pearson correlation coefficient, standard deviations, arithmetic averages, as well as the chi-square coefficient (Ch2), all of this based on the program (SPSS), the statistical package for social studies. The research results concluded as follows: - Listening and psychological follow-up cells contribute to a significant degree in reducing physical violence among students of Mahmoudi Al-Sharif High School in Cheria. - Listening and educational follow-up cells contribute to a significant degree in reducing verbal violence among students of Mahmoudi Al-Sharif Secondary School in Cheria. - There are statistically significant differences between the averages of students’ responses regarding the contribution of listening and follow-up cells in reducing school violence due to the gender variable. - There are statistically significant differences between the averages of students’ responses regarding the contribution of listening and follow-up cells in reducing school violence due to the variable of academic level.
