Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو مشروع مؤسسة ناشئة –دراسة ميدانية بقسم علم النفس- جامعة الشهيد العربي التبسي، تبسة، لدى عينة من الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج، سنة ثالثة ليسانس وسنة ثانية ماستر تخصص ارشاد وتوجيه، والتي قدرت بـ (103) طالب. وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام الأدوات التالية: المقابلة والاستبيان لجمع المعلومات، وعلى الاسلوب الاحصائي SPSS الاصدار 25. انطلاق من الفرضيات التالية: 1. هناك اختلاف في اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين بقسم علم النفس نحو إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة مرده الجنس. 2. هناك اختلاف في اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين بقسم علم النفس نحو إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة مرده السن. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة الى أنه: هناك اختلاف في اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين بقسم علم النفس نحو إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة مرده الجنس، كما يوجد اختلاف في اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين بقسم علم النفس نحو إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة مرده السن

Summary of the study: This study aimed to reveal the attitudes of university students towards an emerging enterprise project - a field study in the Department of Psychology - At the University of Shahid Al-Arab Tebessi Tebessa, I have a sample of students about to graduate; A third year for a bachelor’s degree and a second year for a master’s degree, specializing in guidance and guidance, Which was estimated at 103 students. The descriptive and analytical approach was relied upon using the following tools: interview and questionnaire to collect information and on the statistical method “SPSS”, version 25. Based on the following hypotheses: 1. There is a difference in the attitudes of university students in the Department of Psychology towards establishing emerging institutions due to gender. 2. There is a difference in the attitudes of university students in the Department of Psychology towards establishing startups due to age. This study found that: There is a difference in the attitudes of university students in the Department of Psychology towards establishing startups due to gender. There is also a difference in the attitudes of university students in the Department of Psychology towards establishing startups due to age.
