Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف والتعرف على طبيعة واختلاف اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو مهنة المستقبل من وجهة نظر طلبة علم النفس دراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة تبسة وتم اقتراح الفرضيات التالية: الفرضية العامة : هناك اختلاف في اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو مهنة المستقبل من وجهة نظر طلبة علم النفس والفرضيات الجزئية : هناك اختلاف في اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو مهنة المستقبل مرده الجانب النفسي هناك اختلاف في اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو مهنة المستقبل مرده الجانب الاجتماعي هناك اختلاف في اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو مهنة المستقبل مرده الجانب الاقتصادي وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لموضوع دراستنا و يقوم بالبحث عن اوصاف دقيقة لظاهرة المدروسة اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو مهنة المستقبل ولتحقيق ذلك تكون مجتمع الد ارسة من طلبة كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة تبسة وتم اختيار ٪ 50من مجتمع الدراسة وهي عينة قصدية تمثلت في 86طالب جامعي من اصل 172طالب من بينهم ( 52طالب ماستر و 120طالب ليسانس)، ولقد قام الباحثين ببناء استبيان الذي اشتمل على اختلاف اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو مهنة المستقبل بالجوانب الثلاث (النفسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي) اذ تكون من 15بند 5عبارات لكل جانب مما وقد تم التأكد من صحتها وذلك بالاعتماد على صدقالمحتوى (معامل الصدق والثبات) والفا كرونباخ اظهرت النتائج بأن الاستبيان صادق وثابت، وقد تم ادراج الاساليب الاحصائية المناسبة للدراسة والتي تمثلت في النسب المئوية، والانح ارف المعياري، والمتوسط الحسابي، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون لمعرفة طبيعة واختلاف اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو مهنة المستقبل، وقد تم اعتماد على برنامج Spssالحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى وجود اختلاف في اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو مهنة المستقبل من وجهة نظرطلبة علم النفس مرده الجوانب الثلاثة النفسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي ومنه تحقق فرضيات الدراسة بشكل تام

Study summary: The current study aimed at detecting and identifying the nature and divergence of university students' attitudes towards the future profession from the point of view of psychology students. The following hypotheses were proposed: General premise: There is a difference in the trends of undergraduate students towards the future profession from the point of view of psychology students Partial hypothesis: There is a difference in the trends of undergraduate students towards the future profession due to the psychological aspect There is a difference in the trends of undergraduate students towards the future profession due to the social aspect There is a difference in the trends of undergraduate students towards the future profession due to the economic aspect The study relies on the prescriptive curriculum for the topic of our study and seeks accurate descriptions of the phenomenon studied of the trends of university students towards the future profession. To this end, the study community is one of the students of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Tibsah. (52 Master students and 120 Bachelor's degree students), and researchers have built a questionnaire that includes different trends of undergraduate students towards the future profession in three aspects (Psychological, Social and Economic) of 15 items are 5 words for each side and have been validated by reliance on the truthfulness of the content (coefficient of honesty and stability) and Alfa Kronbach, the results of which showed that the questionnaire was honest and consistent and the appropriate statistical methods for the study, which were included in the percentages, Standard deviation, average arithmetic and Pearson association coefficient to know the nature and differentiation of university students' trends towards the future profession The study found a difference in the trends of undergraduate students towards the future profession from the point of view of psychology students due to the three psychological, social and economic aspects of which the study's hypotheses are fully realized
