Abstract

الملخص بالعربية: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور مؤسسة الطفولة المسعفة في التربية والرعاية الاجتماعية، وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي، موظفين الاستبيان كأداة الدراسة مكون من ثلاثة محاور كل محور تضمن مجموعة من العبارات، وتم توزيعه على 35 موظف، كما تم الإعتماد أساليب إحصائية للبيانات وذلك باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية(SPSS) الإصدار 26 حيث تضمنت المعالجة الإحصائية استخدام مقاييس الإحصاء الوصفي من تكرارات ونسب مئوية ومتوسطات حسابية وانحرافات معيارية، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: تغرس مؤسسات الطفولة المسعفة روح التعاون والشخصية القوية والقيادية وحسن معاملة اآخرين، والإندماج الإجتماعي من خلال التربية والرعاية الاجتماعية Abstruct: This study aimed to identify the role of the Paramedic Childhood Foundation in education and social care. We used the descriptive approach, the questionnaire employees as a study tool, consisting of three axes, each axis included a set of statements, and it was distributed to 35 employees. Statistical methods were also adopted for the data, using the program The statistical package (SPSS), version 26, where the statistical treatment included the use of descriptive statistics measures of frequencies, percentages, arithmetic means, and standard deviations.
