المعيش اليومي لأسر السجناء : دراسة سوسيولوجية لعلاقة الوسط المغلق " السجن " و الوسط المفتوح " الأسرة في المجتمع

Abstract

الملخص: تناولت دراستنا التحديات الكبيرة التي تواجهها أسر نزلاء السجون على مختلف المستويات نتيجة لدخول أحد أفرادها السجن. فغياب هذا الفرد عن الأسرة يؤثر بشكل مباشر على العلاقات البينية داخلها، و تضطرب الأدوار الأسرية و توزيع المسؤوليات على مستواها ، مما يزيد من حدة التوترات والخلافات بين أفرادها ، و على الصعيد النفسي، يعاني أفراد هذه الأسر من مشاعر الخجل والوصمة الاجتماعية بسبب نظرة المجتمع السلبية تجاههم، كما يشعرون بالقلق والاكتئاب وخيبة الأمل نتيجة لفقدانهم أحد أحبائهم ، أما اقتصاديًا، فقد تفقد هذه الأسر مصدرًا رئيسيًا للدخل بسبب سجن المعيل الأساسي، أو تدخل في مشاكل مالية لتلبية متطلبات السجين و ما يتبعها من نفقات مالية مختلفة ، مما يضطرها للاعتماد على مساعدات مالية خارجية غير الكافية في كثير من الأحيان وهذا الوضع يدفع بعضها للانزلاق نحو الفقر والحرمان أو حتى الإنحراف ، علاوة على ذلك تتعرض أسر السجناء لمشاكل اجتماعية مثل انهيار الروابط الأسرية والعزلة والتهميش من قبل المجتمع المحيط، كما قد يواجه أبناؤهم مشكلات تعليمية وسلوكية بسبب غياب الأب/الأم. في ضوء هذه التحديات الجمة، تحتاج هذه الأسر إلى دعم شامل على جميع المستويات لمساعدتها على التغلب على الصعوبات وضمان حقوقها الأساسية.

ABSTRUCT: Our study examined the significant challenges faced by families of prison inmates at various levels as a result of one of their members being imprisoned. The absence of this individual from the family directly affects the inter-relations within it, and the family roles and distribution of responsibilities at its level are disturbed, which increases the intensity of tensions and disagreements among its members. On the psychological level, members of these families suffer from feelings of shame and social stigma due to society’s negative view of them. They also feel anxiety, depression, and disappointment as a result of the loss of a loved one. Economically, these families may lose a major source of income due to the imprisonment of the primary breadwinner, or get into financial problems to meet the prisoner’s requirements and the various financial expenses that follow, forcing them to rely on external financial aid that is often insufficient. This situation pushes some of them to slide towards... Poverty, deprivation, or even deviance. In addition, prisoners’ families are exposed to social problems such as the collapse of family ties, isolation, and marginalization by the surrounding society. Their children may also face educational and behavioral problems due to the absence of the father/mother. In light of these many challenges, these families need comprehensive support at all levels to help them overcome difficulties and guarantee their basic rights
