ملخص: فكرة الإنسان الأخير ل”فرانسيس فوكوياما” يقصد بها نهاية التطور السياسي و الاقتصادي بوصول الديمقراطية الليبرالية إلى مرحلة نهائية و غير قابلة للتجاوز، يرى “فرانسيس فوكوياما” أن الديمقراطية الليبرالية توفر النظام الأمثل و الأفضل للحكم و الذي يتلائم مع الطبيعة الإنسانية و يحقق الرخاء الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي، و من خلال هذا المفهوم يتوقع “فوكوياما” أن يتم انتشار الديمقراطية الليبرالية في جميع أنحاء العالم لتصبح النظام السياسي السائد. و مع ذلك، فإن هذه الفكرة تثير بعض التساؤلات و الانتقادات و هناك أيضا من يشكك بفكرة الإنسان الأخير، لكن لا يزال هناك تحديات و تهديدات تواجهها الديمقراطية الليبرالية في العديد من بلدان العالم، بالإضافة إلى ذلك تظهر شكوك حول فعاليتها في حل المشاكل العالمية السياسية و الاقتصادية و الفكرية، كما أنها تواجه تحديات في مجال التكنولوجيا و الاقتصاد كالتوزيع الغير عادل للثروة و التفاوت بين الطبقات ما أدى إلى خلل في تحقق التوازن الإجتماعي

Résumé: L’idée du dernier homme de Francis Fukuyama signifie la fin du développement politique et économique avec l’arrivée de la démocratie libérale à une étape finale et insurmontable. Francis Fukuyama estime que la démocratie libérale fournit le système de gouvernance optimal et le meilleur compatible avec. la nature humaine et atteint la prospérité économique et sociale, et à travers ce concept, Fukuyama espère que la démocratie libérale se répandra dans le monde entier pour devenir le système politique dominant. Cependant, cette idée soulève des questions et des critiques, et il y a aussi ceux qui remettent en question l’idée du dernier homme, mais il existe encore des défis et des menaces auxquels la démocratie libérale est confrontée dans de nombreux pays du monde. However, this idea raises some questions and criticisms, and there are also those who question the idea of the last man, but there are still challenges and threats that liberal democracy faces in many countries of the world. In addition, doubts appear about its effectiveness in solving global political, economic, and intellectual problems, as it faces challenges in the field of technology and economics , such as the unequal distribution of wealth and disparity between classes, which has led to an imbalance in achieving social balance.
