Elaboration d’un schéma de préparation mécanique pour le phosphate de Bled El Hadba – Djebel onk -

Abstract

Abstract Phosphate is a mineral widely used in various fields such as agriculture,chemistry. The Djebel Onk mining complex consists of open-pit mines and a processing plant, playing a crucial role in national economic development. One of the problems encountered in this company is the insufficient production compared to the geological reserves available inBLED EL HADBAregion. To address this, a new processing scheme was proposed in order to increase production. This scheme includes new equipment that has made it possible to achieve optimal production of the marketable product to meet the needs of the new industrial zones

Résumé Le phosphate est un minéral largement utilisé dans divers domaines tels que l'agriculture, la chimie, etc. Le complexe minier de Djebel Onk est composé de mines à ciel ouvert et d'une usine de traitement, jouant un rôle crucial dans le développement économique national. Un des problèmes rencontrés dans cette société est l'insuffisance de production par rapport aux réserves géologiques disponibles dans la région deB LED EL HADBA. Pour remédier à cela, un nouveau schéma depréparation mécaniquea été proposé afin d'augmenter la production. Ce schéma inclut de nouveaux équipements qui ont permis d'atteindre une production optimale du produit marchand pour répondre aux besoins des nouvelles zones industrielles.
