Abstract

الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الى: تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال في ولاية تبسة الوقوف عند جملة الأسباب والعوامل التي تدفع بالطفل القاصر لدخول عالم الشغل ابراز اهم الاعمال التي يشتغلونها توعية الاسر بخطورة العمل المبكر واثاره السلبية التي تؤثر على بقية حياة الطفل دور الاعلام في توعية الراي العام بخطورة عمالة الأطفال لتحقيق اهداف هذه الدراسة : اعتمدنا على الروبورتاج المصور، واتبعنا منهج وصفي مستخدمين في ذلك الأدوات المناسبة الملاحظة والمقابلة الإعلامية التي تخدم الموضوع و قد توصلت هذه الدراسة الى نتائج أهمها: الأطفال الذين يحرمون من الدراسة ويتجهون نحو سوق الشغل نجدهم استهلكوا وتشبعوا بقيم الشارع لا يمكن القضاء على ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال باليات قانونية بحتة يجب التعامل معها بما يخدم الطفل وهذا بإيجاد صيغ أكثر ملائمة للطفل خاصة ما يسمى بالعمل الإيجابي وعقود التمهين في ظل الظروف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لبعض الاسر اخلت بمسؤولياتها تجاه الطفل عندما دفعت به الى سوق العمل عدم وجود بيانات او إحصائيات دقيقة وذلك بسبب عدم اعتراف أصحاب العمل بتشغيل القصر الى جانب المناطق الريفية النائية التي يصعب الوصول اليها ومنه التعداد التقديري للأطفال المشتغلين بالشوارع ليست دقيقة يعد القطاع غير المنظم والاعمال غير المقننة أكبر حيز يضم عمالة الأطفال بنسب كبيرة بعض الاسر مستواها العلمي ضعيف ترى التعليم بلا فائدة افتقاد الطفل للحب والانتماء للأسرة وشعوره بانه مجرد الة لجني المال انتشار ثقافة العمل هو من يصنع الرجولة والشعور بالمسؤولية عند بعض الاسر ميسورة الحال كل ما نصته المواثيق والبنود يمنع عمالة الأطفال بمختلف اشكالها Summary: The study aims to: Shedding light on the phenomenon of child labor in the state of Tebessa. Identifying the reasons and factors that push a minor child to enter the world of work. Highlighting the most important jobs they do. Educating families about the danger of early labor and its negative effects that affect the rest of the child’s life. The role of the media in raising public awareness about the danger of child labor. To attain the objectives of this study: We relied on photo reportage and followed a descriptive approach, using appropriate tools: observation and media interviews that serve the topic. This study reached the most important results: Children who are deprived of education and head towards the labor market are consumed and saturated with street values. The phenomenon of child labor cannot be eliminated by purely legal mechanisms. It must be dealt with in a way that serves the child, and this is done by finding more appropriate formulas for the child, especially what is called affirmative action and employment contracts. In light of the economic and social conditions, some families neglected their responsibilities towards the child when they pushed him into the labor market. The lack of accurate data or statistics due to employers not acknowledging the employment of minors, in addition to remote rural areas that are difficult to reach, including the estimated census of children working on the streets, which is not accurate. After the unorganized sector and unregulated businesses, the largest area includes child labor in large proportions. Some families have a weak educational level and see education as useless. The child’s lack of love and belonging to the family and his feeling that he is just a machine to make money The spread of work culture is what creates manliness and a sense of responsibility in some well-off families.
