Abstract

يعالج هذا العمل موضوع امكانية تصميم دفتر الاعباء لرقمنة مكتبة كلية الآداب واللغات ودراسته من حيث الجدوى والحاجة، وكذا من حيث جاهزيتها. وتعود أهمية الموضوع لدور المكتبات الجامعية، والحاجة إلى تطويرها باستغلال أحدث تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات وعلى رأسها الرقمنة. حيث تعتبر عنصر مطور لأداء المكتبات الجامعية. لدراسة هذا الموضوع تم تقسيم العمل إلى أربعة فصول خصص الأول منه كفصل منهجي، ما الفصل الثاني فقط خصص كمدخل للرقمنة لفهمها وفهم دورها ومتطلبات تطبيقها. اما الفصل الثالث فقط تم التركيز فيه على ماهية دفتر الاعباء في مجال الرقمنة: مفاهيم، كيفية اعداده، مراحله...الخ. اما الفصل الاخير فقد خصص للجانب الميداني، الذي تم فيه استخدام المقابلة المقننة لجمع البيانات. العمل تمت دراسته وفق منهجية وصفية معتمدة على التحليل لمعطيات ميدانية للوصول الى تصميم مقترح لدفتر أعباء رقمنة مكتبة كلية الآداب واللغات لتطبيق دفتر الاعباء لرقمنة كلية الآداب واللغات. وهو هدف الدراسة الاساسي.

This work addresses the possibility of designing a workload notebook for digitizing the library of the Faculty of Arts and Languages, examining its feasibility, necessity, and readiness. The importance of the topic lies in the role of university libraries and the need to develop them by utilizing the latest information and communication technologies, notably digitization, as an essential element for the performance of university libraries. To study this topic, the work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is methodological, while the second chapter serves as an introduction to digitization, understanding its role and implementation requirements. The third chapter focuses on the nature of the workload notebook in the field of digitization: concepts, preparation methods, stages, etc. The final chapter is dedicated to the field aspect, where structured interviews were used to collect data. The work was studied using a descriptive methodology relying on analysis of field data to propose a design for a proposed digital workload notebook for the library of the Faculty of Arts and Languages, to apply workload notebook digitization. This is the primary goal of the study. Ce travail traite de la possibilité de concevoir un cahier des charges pour la numérisation de la bibliothèque de la Faculté des Lettres et des Langues et de l'étudier en termes de faisabilité, de nécessité, ainsi que de sa préparation. L'importance du sujet réside dans le rôle des bibliothèques universitaires et la nécessité de les développer en utilisant les dernières technologies de l'information et de la communication, principalement la numérisation, considérée comme un élément moteur de la performance des bibliothèques universitaires. Pour étudier ce sujet, le travail a été divisé en quatre chapitres. Le premier chapitre est consacré à la méthodologie. Le deuxième chapitre sert d'introduction à la numérisation pour la comprendre, comprendre son rôle et les exigences de son application. Le troisième chapitre se concentre sur la nature du cahier des charges dans le domaine de la numérisation : concepts, comment le préparer, ses étapes, … etc. Le dernier chapitre est consacré à l'aspect pratique, où l'entretien structuré a été utilisé pour collecter des données. Ce travail a été mené selon une méthodologie descriptive basée sur l'analyse des données de terrain, afin de parvenir à une proposition de conception d'un cahier des charges pour la numérisation de la bibliothèque de la Faculté des Lettres et des Langues. Celui-ci est l'objectif principal de l'étude.
