واقع رعاية المتفوقين في المدرسة الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسات التربوية

Abstract

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى محاولة تسليط الضوء على واقع رعاية المتفوقين باربع متوسطات مختلفة تقع ببلدية -تبسة- حيث تم الاعتماد على ثلاث تساؤلات فرعية مثلت المحاور الدراسة الأساسية لدراسة وهي على توالي آليات الأستاذ، و المخططات الإدارة المدرسية، و استراتيجيات مستشار الإرشاد و التوجيه، في رعاية التلاميذ المتفوقين، وهو ما استدعى جمع البيانات والمعلومات من عينات ال دراسة و المقدرة ب 137 أستاذ و4 من مستشاري التوجيه و الإرشاد و عينة 4 من عينة المدراء وبالاعتماد على منهج البحث الميداني وأدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في الملاحظة والاستبيان والمقابلة تواصلت الدراسة الى جملة من نتائج العامة ان الآليات التي يستعين بها الأستاذ في رعاية المتفوقين مقبولة، اما عن مخططات الإدارة المدرسية و استراتيجيات مستشار التوجيه و الإرشاد فهي محدودة

Abstract : The current study aimed to shed light on the reality of supporting gifted students in four different middle schools located in the municipality of Tebessa. The study relied on three sub-questions that represented the main axes of the study, namely: the mechanisms used by teachers, the plans of the school administration, and the strategies of guidance and counseling counselors in accompanying gifted students. Data and information were collected from study samples, which included 137 teachers, 4 guidance and counseling counselors, and 4 school principals. Utilizing a field research methodology and data collection tools such as observation, questionnaires, and interviews, the study reached a set of general results. It was found that the mechanisms used by teachers in supporting gifted students are acceptable, while the plans of the school administration and the strategies of guidance and counseling counselors are limited.
