Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الراهنة الى الكشف عن دور الرأسمال الإجتماعي في توجه الطلبة الجامعيين أصحاب مشاريع المؤسسات الناشئة بمركز تطوير المقاولاتية لجامعة تبسة للممارسة المقاولاتية، حيث تجلى سؤالها الرئيسي في: ما دور الرأسمال الإجتماعي للطالب الجامعي في التوجه للممارسة المقاولاتية؟ وتفرعت منه ثلاث تساؤلات وللإجابة عنها تم صياغة مجموعة من الفرضيات كالآتي:  للوسط العائلي دورا قويا في دعم الطالب الجامعي للممارسة المقاولاتية.  للوسط الجامعي دورا قويا في تنشئة الطالب الجامعي على المهارات المقاولاتية.  للوسط الإعلامي دورا قويا في تذليل الصعوبات التي قد تواجه الطالب المقاول. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كونه المناسب لدراسة الدور، أما في ما يخص أدوات جمع البيانات فقد إعتمدت على أداة الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية حيث أرسلت لكافة أفراد مجتمع البحث البالغ عددهم 81 طالب أيضا تم الإستعانة بأداة المقابلة، واعتمدت على مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية لتحليل المعلومات بالإستعانة ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية، وتوصلت في الأخير لمجموعة من النتائج تتوافق مع ما تم ذكره في فرضيات الدراسة كونها حققت، وبالتالي نستنتج أن للرأسمال الإجتماعي دورا بالغ الأهمية في توجه الطالب الجامعي للممارسة النشاط المقاولاتي.

Résume De L'étude: La présente étude visait a révéler le rôle du capital social dans l'orientation des étudiants universitaires porteurs de projets d'entreprise émergents au Centre de Développement de L'entreprenariat de L'université de Tébessa vers la pratique entrepreneuriale, Sa question principale était: Quel est le rôle du capital social pour l'université. Des étudiants en orientation vers la pratique entrepreneuriale? Trois questions en sont ressorties, et pour y répondre, elles ont été formulées un ensemble d'hypothèses est le suivant:  L'environnement familial joue un rôle important dans le soutien de l'étudiant universitaire pour la pratique entrepreneuriale.  La communauté universitaire à un rôle important a jouer dans l'éducation des étudiants universitaires compétences entrepreneuriales.  Les médias ont un rôle important à jouer pour surmonter les difficultés qui peuvent survenir l'étudiant fait face à l'entrepreneur. Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, l'approche descriptive à été privilégiée car elle est appropriée pour étudier le rôle. Quant aux outils de collecte de données, l'outil principal à été l'outil questionnaire, car il à été envoyé à tous les membres de la recherche communauté, comptant 81 étudiants. L'outil d'entretien a également été utilisé, et il s'est appuyé sur un ensemble de méthodes statistiques. Pour analyser les informations à l'aide du progiciel statistique pour le programme de sciences sociales, nous arriverons finalement à un ensemble de résultats cohérents, avec ce qui a été mentionné dans les hypothèses de l'étude parce qu'elles ont été réalisées, et nous concluons ainsi le capital social joue un rôle très important dans l'orientation de l'étudiant université pour pratiquer l'activité entrepreneuriale. Study Summary: The current study aimed to reveal the role of social capital in the orientation of university students who own emerging enterprise projects at the entrepreneurship development centre of the university of Tebessa to entrepreneurial practice, its main question was: what is the role of social capital for university students in orientation to entrepreneurial practice? Three questions emerged from it, and to answer them, they were formulated a set of hypotheses are as follows:  The family environment has a strong role in supporting the university student for entrepreneurial practice.  The university community has a strong role in raising the university student entrepreneurial skills.  The media has a strong role in overcoming difficulties that may arise the student faces the contractor. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was relied upon as it is appropriate for studying the role. As for data collection tools, it was I relied on the questionnaire tool as the main tool, as it was sent to all members of the research community, which numbered 81 students. The interview tool was also used, and I relied on a set of statistical methods to analyze the information using the statistical package for the social sciences program, to finally arrive at set of result consistent with what was mentioned in the study hypotheses were achieved, and therefore we conclude social capital plays a very important role in the student's orientation university to practice entrepreneurial activity.
