Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه الرقمنة في تحسين الخدمات الجامعية -دراسة ميدانية الإقامة الجامعية رزايقية لمين-. حيث تمحورت اشكالية الدراسة حول تساؤل رئيسي مفاده: ما دور فاعلية الرقمنة في تحسين الخدمات الجامعية؟ حيث تم النزول الى الميدان بثلاث فرضيات تمثلت في: • تلعب الرقمنة دور فعال في تحسين جودة الخدمات الجامعية. • تعلب الرقمنة دور مهم في سرعة انجاز الخدمات الجامعية. • للرقمنة دور فعال في تحسين اداء الخدمات الجامعية. حيث اعتمدنا على عينة قصدية لموظفي الإقامة الجامعية، وقمنا بدراسة الموظفين الذين يستخدمون الرقمنة حيث بلغ عددهم 27 مفردة، واستخدمنا أداة الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية وأداة الملاحظة كأداة ثانوية وفق المنهج الوصفي لوصف موضوع الرقمنة والخدمات الجامعية وصفا داخليا وخارجيا، وذلك للوصول الى نتائج أكثر دقة حيث تم التوصل في الأخير الى نتيجة عامة مفادها أن: للرقمنة دور في تحسين الخدمات الجامعية. ومن أبرز النتائج: للرقمنة دور فعال في تحسين جودة الخدمات الجامعية من خلال تسهيل الوصول الى المعلومات الأكاديمية والإدارية عبر الأنترنت مما يعزز من فاعلية البحث والدراسة، كما انها تساهم في تحسين التواصل بين الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس عبر البريد الالكتروني ومنصات الدردشة، وتساعد أيضا في تنظيم وإدارة الموارد البشرية. للرقمنة في دور مهم في سرعة إنجاز الخدمات الجامعية من خلال تسهيل عمليات التقديم والتسجيل للطلاب عبر المنصات الالكترونية، بدلا من الطرق التقليدية وتساهم في زيادة الكفاءة والشفافية في الخدمات الجامعية. للرقمنة دور فعال في تحسين أداء الخدمات الجامعية، أي انّها تساهم بشكل فعال في تعزيز التواصل وإثراء تجربة المستخدم. Study Summary: The current study aims to identify the role played by digitization in improving university services, a field study of university residence Rezaian Lament. Where the problem of the study revolved around a key question: What is the role of the effectiveness of digitization in improving university services? Where the descent to the field was carried out with three hypotheses: • Digitization plays an instrumental role in improving the quality of university services. • Digitization plays an important role in the speed of completion of university services. • Digitization plays an effective role in improving the performance of university services. Where we relied on the intentional sample of university residence employees who use digitization, as their number reached 27 individuals, and we used the form tool as the main tool and the observation tool as a secondary tool according to the descriptive approach to describe the subject of digitization and university services internally and externally, in order to reach more accurate results, as the general conclusion was finally reached that digitization has a role in improving university services. Among the most prominent results: -Digitization has an effective role in improving the quality of university services by facilitating access to academic and administrative information via the Internet, which enhances the effectiveness of research and study, and it also contributes to improving communication between students and faculty members via e-mail and chat platforms, and also helps in organizing and managing human resources. -Digitization plays an important role in speeding up the completion of university services by facilitating the application and registration processes for students through electronic platforms, instead of traditional methods, and contributes to increasing efficiency and transparency in university services. - Digitization has an effective role in improving the performance of university services, that is, it contributes effectively to enhancing communication and enriching the user experience.
