conducted in the Tebessa Electricity and Gas Distribution ،This field study aims to contribute to the understanding of the relationship between ،Directorate supervisory practices and employee commitment. The study investigates the relationship between different types of supervisory practices and employee a stratified sample of ،commitment among employees. To achieve this objective 50 individuals was selected. The descriptive-analytical method was used along
with the following research tools:
• Simple observation
• form
Data was analyzed using SPSS 21 software. The results of the study revealed that supervision، whether prior or posterior، plays a significant role in enhancing employee commitment and organizational loyalty which contributes to improving the organization's effectiveness and performance.
The study also provides valuable insights for organizational leaders regarding the importance of supervision and its role in fostering employee commitment and organizational loyalty. Additionally، it contributes to a better understanding of the relationship between supervision and employee commitment.
