Résumé:
Zn-doped TiO2 (3, 5 and 7% wt.) thin films were obtained by Sol-Gel method, deposited by sip-coating process on glass substrates, then heat treated at 500 ° C for 90 minutes. The objective of this work is the study of the effect of the dopant (Zn) concentration on the structural and optical properties of TiO2 thin films, especially those relating to the UV-Visible spectra of the thin layers obtained (Zn:TiO2). The structure of the undoped TiO2 films is that of an anatase phase with (101) plan as preferential orientation. The optical transmittance of simples is in the range of 79% to 89% in the visible region. The optical band gap undergoes a blue shift from 3.52 to 3.62 eV for undoped and 7wt. % Zn doped TiO2 respectively. The values of refractive index and disorder increases with increasing zinc doping which is in the range 0 to 7% wt, in parallel the porosity decrease.
