dc.description	The study aimed to highlight the various roles of the information specialist in the Central Library of Sheikh Al-Arabi tebessi University The study population was represented by the information specialist working in the central library of Sheikh Al-Arabi tebessi University, and their number was estimated at 18 workers in the central library of the Sheikh Al-Arabi tebessi University. The questionnaire was used as a basic tool for collecting information and data in addition to the interview as a secondary tool. The results showed that The information specialist provides various services to the beneficiaries without any difficulties and finds it difficult in the environment in which he works and adapts to the changes that occur. We find that there is a lack of training courses organized by the university central library for the benefit of the information specialist to increase and develop their technical skills	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز مختلف الأدوار الأخصائي المعلومات في المكتبة المركزية لجامعة الشيخ العربي التبسي. وقد كان مجتمع الدراسة متمثل في أخصائي المعلومات العاملين وبالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة الشيخ العربي التبسي، و يقدر عددهم ب 18 عاملا بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة الشيخ العربي التبسي، وقد تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع المعلومات والبيانات بالإضافة إلى المقابلة كأداة ثانوية وأظهرت النتائج إلى أن: يقدم أخصائي المعلومات مختلف الخدمات للمستفيدين دون أي صعوبات ويجد صعوبة في البيئة التي يعمل بها ويتأقلم مع المتغيرات التي تحدث و نجد أن هناك نقص في دورات التكوين التي تنظمها المكتبة المركزية الجامعية لفائدة أخصائي المعلومات لزيادة و تطور مهاراقم التقنية.	en_US
