Résumé Le problème des déchets ménagers est l'un des problèmes les plus importants de l'époque qui tourmente la vie de l'humanité et de ses partenaires dans la vie sur notre merveilleuse planète. Le besoin de techniques de tri des déchets ménagers est inévitable au regard des impacts négatifs sur la santé humaine et l'environnement d'une part, et d'autre part, pour bénéficier de techniques de recyclage et de valorisation, en valorisant les matières premières qui sont en voie d'épuisement. Dans Ce mémoire de fin d'étude on a traité la gravité de l'accumulation excessive de déchets ménagers au niveau urbain et rural, régional et mondial, Ainsi que les méthodes de traitement et de gestion, en tenant compte des expériences internationales et locales dans ce domaine Sur cette base, nous avons conçu et innové une chaîne technologique de tri des déchets ménagers selon les conditions imposées par la nature des comportements de consommation de la société algérienne et les caractéristiques de ces déchets. Cette Chaîne technologique se composait de neuf lignes de tri pour chaque étape en fonction des composants de ces déchets. Dans notre étude expérimentale, nous avons créé un prototype de la machine de tri des matières en plastiques souples. Dans le même contexte, nous avons équipé cette chaîne d'un système de contrôle automatique et d’Acquisation des données du processus de tri qui permet le bon fonctionnement de la chaine de tri et à travers lequel nous déduirons les données statistiques et technologiques. Abstract The problem of household waste is one of the most important problems of the times that plague the lives of humanity and its partners in life on our wonderful planet. The need for techniques for sorting household waste is unavoidable in light of the negative impacts on human health and the environment on the one hand, and on the other hand, to benefit from recycling and recovery techniques that value raw materials that are on their way to depletion. This thesis of the end of the study deals with the seriousness of the excessive accumulation of household waste at the urban and rural level regionally and methods of treating it and managing it, taking into account the international and local experiences in this field. Based on that, we have designed and created a technological chain of sorting household waste according to the conditions imposed by the nature of the consuming behaviors of the Algerian society and the characteristics of this waste. Where this technological chain consisted of nine mechanisms according to each stage based on properties of the components of these wastes. In our experimental study, we created a prototype of the soft plastic material sorting machine. In the same context, we have equipped this chain with an automatic control system for the products of the sorting process according to the properties of the materials that make up these wastes.
