Augmentation de la production du phosphate à 10 millions de tonnes de concentré pour le cas de Djebel Onk

Le Phosphate est un minéral qui trouve une large et importante utilisation dans divers domaines à savoir l’agriculture, la chimie...etc. Le complexe minier de Djebel Onk se compose de deux parties: mines à ciel ouvert et usine de traitement de phosphate. Parmi les problèmes posés dans cette société, l’insuffisance de production du produit marchand par rapport les réserves géologiques disponibles dans la région de Djebel Onk. Pour cela on a proposé un nouveau schéma de traitement qui va permettre d’augmenter la production. Le schéma proposé comprend de nouveaux équipements qui on a permette d’atteindre la production optimale du produit marchand pour l’alimentation des nouvelles pôles industrielles. Abstract The Phosphate is a mineral which finds a wide and important use in diverse domains to know the agriculture, the chemistry ... etc. The mining complex of Djebel Onk consists of two parts: opencast mines and processing plant of phosphate. Among problems posed in this company, the insufficiency of production of the trade product by report the available geologic reserves in the region of Djebel Onk. For it we proposed a new plan of treatment which is going to allow increasing the production. The proposed plan includes new equipment which we have allows to reach the optimal production of the trade product for the food of new poles manufacturers. صخلم
