dc.description.abstract This study aimed to identify the role of televised media campaigns in educating citizens during crises (Covid 19 crisis) among students of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Larbi Tebessa, Tebessa, relying on the descriptive approach using the observation tool and the questionnaire tool, as we identified the study community represented in Students of the Department of Media and Communication at the level of the third BA and the second master, where the questionnaire was distributed to the sample members estimated at 42 students, and this study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the sample members follow these media campaigns, but the nature and duration of watching them differ among the students as concerns are considered Personality for its content is the first reason to follow it, and television is the first means used to watch awareness campaigns, as they watch public and private Algerian channels to a greater extent, during the night and evening, and accept the strong language in it. Not to be exaggerated, in addition to choosing the appropriate language and specifying the appropriate time when broadcasting. Despite this, the success of the campaign faces some obstacles that must be met Enumerate the good and try to address it, such as excessive repetition, ineffectiveness of the message in persuasion, and the public's reluctance to receive it. Finally, there are several suggestions that help in activating these campaigns, such as creativity and innovation, avoiding excessive repetition and relying on modern media, in addition to employing direct communication. en_US
