dc.description.abstract |
The study aimed to: Recognizing organizational justice and its relationship to office performance, we asked: What does organizational justice have to do with the performance of the two libraries of the Arab University of Tebessa- ? And so we assumed there were : A statistically significant relationship between the organizational justice and the performance of the two libraries in the libraries of the University of Al-Arabi Al-Tebesi - Tebessa. In order to ensure the validity of the hypotheses, the descriptive method was used through the comprehensive survey method. The questionnaire tool was used as a main technique in the collection of data and information, and the interview was used and observed as supporting techniques, addressed to the libraries of the University of Al-Arabi Al-Tebessa - where members of the study community reached 97 offices. After obtaining and unloading data and information, it was treated quantitatively and qualitatively through the statistical program SPSS. Among the most important results: reached
-There is a statistically significant relationship between distributive justice and the performance of librarians in the libraries of the University of Larbi Tebessa - Tebessa-, which was confirmed by the significance level, which was estimated at: 0.01
- There is a statistically significant relationship between procedural justice and the performance of librarians in the libraries of the University of Larbi Tebessi - Tebessa-, which was confirmed by the level of significance, which was estimated at: 0.01
- There is a statistically significant relationship between transactional justice and the performance of librarians in the libraries of the University of Larbi Tebessa - Tebessa-, which was confirmed by the level of significance, which was estimated at: 0.01
