Etude d’exploitation des gisements de fer de Gara Djebilet et Mechri Abdelaziz.

Abstract

Résumé : Le projet d'exploitation du gisement de fer de Ghara-Djebilet et Mechri Abdelaziz (Tindouf), ouvre de larges perspectives de développement dans le sud-ouest du pays et prévoit de répondre aux besoins du secteur de l'industrie en cette matière essentielle. Les résultats positifs des analyses liées à l’éventuelle déphosphoration du minerai de fer de ce gisement, établi à 0,8%, et qui constituait jusque-là une des contraintes ayant retardé l'exploitation de ce gisement et d’autres études sur les besoins liés à la disponibilité de l’énergie nécessaire constituant une des grandes préoccupations, sont encourageants. La nécessité de réaliser des infrastructures de transport est la contrainte considérée en cette étude. Dans la perspective de l’exploitation des ressources minières que renferme le site de Ghara Djebilet et Mechri Abdelaziz (Tindouf), et dans l’optique de réaliser cet objectif, notre étude prévoit le transport des minerais extraits de ce gisement vers un port minier, et assurer son acheminement vers les complexes sidérurgiques d'Oran, de Jijel et d'Annaba, à des fins de transformation industrielle. Il s’agit de trouver le meilleur compromis entre les différents modes d’évacuation du minerai sur les différents tracés proposés, le transport par l'atlantique ou plusieurs solutions seront envisagées ainsi que le transport à partir du site minier vers le nord du pays sera incontournable. Abstract: The project to exploit the Ghara-Djebilet and Mechri Abdelaziz iron deposit (Tindouf) opens up broad development prospects in the south-west of the country and plans to meet the needs of the industrial sector in this essential area. The positive results of the analyses related to the possible dephosphorization of the iron ore of this deposit, established at 0. 8%, and which was until then one of the constraints that delayed the exploitation of this deposit and other studies on the needs related to the availability of the necessary energy constituting one of the major concerns, are encouraging. The need to build transport infrastructure is the constraint considered in this study. With a view to exploiting the mineral resources contained in the GharaDjebilet and Mechri Abdelaziz (Tindouf) site, and with a view to achieving this objective, our study provides for the transport of minerals extracted from this deposit to a mining port and ensure its transport to the Steel Complexes of Oran, Jijel and Annaba, for industrial processing purposes. It is a question of finding the best compromise between the different modes of evacuation of the ore on the different proposed routes, transport by the Atlantic or several solutions will be considered as well as transport from the mining site to the north of the country will be essential. ملخص: يفتح مشروع استغلال رواسب الحديد غا ر - جبيلات ومشري عبد العزيز )تندوف( آفاقا تنموية واسعة فيجنوب غرب البلاد ويخطط لتلبية احتياجات القطاع الصناعي في هذا المجال الأساسي . والنتائج الإيجابية للتحليلات المتعلقة بإمكانية إزالة الفوسفور من خام الحديد من هذه الرواسب، التي حددتعند 0.8 في المئة، والتي كانت حتى ذلك الحين واحدة من القيود التي أخرت استغلال هذه الرواسب وغيرها منالدارسات المتعلقة بالاحتياجات المتعلقة بتوافر الطاقة اللازمة التي تشكل أحد الشواغل الرئيسية، مشجعة الحاجة إلىبناء البنية التحتية للنقل هي القيد الذي تم النظر فيه في هذه الدارسة. وبهدف استغلال الموارد المعدنية الموجودة في موقع غار جبيلات ومشري عبد العزيز )تندوف(، وبهدفتحقيق هذا الهدف، تنص دارستنا على نقل المعادن المستخرجة من هذه الرواسب إلى ميناء تعديني، وضمان نقلهاإلى مجمعات الصلب في وهران وجيجل وعنابة، لأغراض المعالجة الصناعية. إنها مسألة إيجاد أفضل حل وسطبين مختلف طرق إخلاء الخام على الطرق المقترحة، وسيتم النظر في النقل عبرالمحيط الأطلسي أو عدة حلول،وكذلك النقل من موقع التعدين إلى شمال البلاد سيكون ضروريا.
