dc.description	In this study, we dealt with the issue of state property as one of the components of the Algerian economy and a source of enrichment for the public treasury. The national property within the framework of the functions entrusted to it, by relying on special rules and methods for its management, included in the National Property Law, differs in the case of whether it is public national property aimed at achieving a public interest or private national property with financial and ownership benefit.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	عالجنا في هذه الدراسة موضوع أملاك الدولة باعتبارها أحد مقومات الاقتصاد الجزائري ومصدر إغناء الخزينة العمومية، حيث تعرفنا على الإطار المفاهيمي لها من حيث تعريفها والتقسيمات التي اعتمدها المشرع الجزائري لتصنيفها، ومكوناتها الداخلة في الذمة المالية للدولة، وكذا بيان الهيئات الإدارية التي تعمل على إدارة وتسيير الأملاك الوطنية في إطار الوظائف الموكلة لها، وذلك بالاعتماد على قواعد وأساليب خاصة لتسييرها، تضمنها قانون الأملاك الوطنية يختلف في حالة ما إذا كانت أملاك وطنية عامة، هادفة لتحقيق مصلحة عامة أو أملاك وطنية خاصة ذات منفعة مالية وتملكية	en_US
