dc.description.abstract	نظرا لأهمية الغابات في مختلف المجالات سواءا اقتصاديا ،أو اجتماعيا وبيئيا في حماية كوكب الأرض وتعديل المناخ، إلا أنها تتعرض للنهب وتستنزف بشكل كبير نتيجة الإستهلاك المفرط وعدم التفكير في العواقب. وأمام هذا الوضع احتل موضوع حماية الغابات اهتماما واسعا، وقد نتج على ذلك تكريس آليات قانونية فعالة على المستوى الدولي وعلى المستوى الوطني	en_US
