dc.description	The termbiodiversity (= biologicaldiversity) is a neologismthatappeared in the early 1970swithin the International Union for the Conservation of Nature and itsResources (IUCN). In addition to its location in the Mediterranean, Algeriaisdistinguished by itsparticulargeological formation, whichmakesitpossessmany types of plants, terrestrial or aquatic, andis home to many of them, in particularendemic to Algeria. Knowingtheirecologicalcharacteristicsmakesit possible to provideprinciples for the protection, conservation andmanagement of thesespecies in the future. The objective of the workis to makea contributionto the knowledge and the inventory of the endemicflora in Algeriafrom a ibliographicanalysis. Algeriais home to many plant species in general and endemic in particular, eitherstrictlyAlgerian or sharedwithneighboring countries	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى حماية الوثائق البيومترية الالكترونية من قبل المشرع الجزائري، حيث تجلت هذه الحماية بتوفير حماية جزائية موضعية وإجرائية في النصوص القوانين الأساسية، إلا أنه باتت هذه القواعد الموضوعية والإجرائية المقرر لمتابعة الجرائم التقليدية لا تتلاءم مع طبيعة هذا النوع من الإجرام ولا تعتبر كافية لبلوغ الهدف الذي تتطلع إليه، غير أن محدودية هذه القوانين دفع المشرع إلى وضع قانون خاص والمتمثل في القانون رقم 09/04 المتضمن القواعد الخاصة بالوقاية من الجرائم المتصلة بتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال ومكافحتها	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The aim of thisstudyis to identify the extent to whichelectronicbiometric documents are protected by the Algerian Legislature.this protection isreflected in the provision of objective and proceduralPenal protection in the basic laws. however, these substantive and proceduralrulesestablished for the follow-up to traditional crimes are not compatible with the nature of this type of crime and are not consideredsufficient to achieve the objective to whichit aspires. however, the limitations of theselaws have led the Legislature to draft a speciallaw, namely, Act No. 04/09, containing the rules for the prevention and control of crimes related to information and Communication Technology. In view of the rapid and ongoingdevelopments in thisphenomenon, the Algerian Legislature must considermovingtowardslegislative and judicialcooperation to establishspecial provisions prohibitingserious crimes againsttheseaforementioned documents and to establishappropriatespecial penalties for such crimes.	en_US
