dc.description.abstract	إن الجهل والغلط في القانون من الظواهر الذهنية فهما مرتبطان بالعناصر ذاتها النفسية والمعنوية للركن المعنوي أو الاتجاه الإرادي للجريمة، إذ يمثل الجهل حالة ذهنية سلبية بينما يمثل الغلط حلة ذهنية إيجابية، أما عن الجهل والغلط النافيان للمسؤولية الجنائية ينصب على الركن المادي في أحد عناصره او على الركن المعنوي حيث ينفى القصد الجنائي، وينفي الجهل والغلط المسؤولية في حالة ارتباطهما بأسباب الإباحة.	en_US
