dc.description	The Algerian legislator has issued an independentlaw on 09/21 on January 9th, 2021 undernember 21/09 related to the protection of administrative documents and information , wherthislawstipulates the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of information and administrative documents a,d confer on themespecial protection o, the substantive and proceduralespects , and made him a legal obligation his violation of whichresults in the commission of a crime punishable by law , wherethisstudyaims to show the mechanismsused in order to embodythis protection. Where the legislator has opproached the protection of inforation and administrative documents, both the substantive and proceduralespects, objective protection wasembodied by showing the crimes and the penalties prescribed for them, as for the procedural aspect a set of specialprocedures are adopted to reducethese crimes and give full protection to inforation and administrative documents	en_US
dc.description.abstract	لقد قام المشرع الجزائري باستصدار قانون مستقل بتاريخ 09 يونيو 2021 تحت رقم 21/09 يتعلق بحماية المعلومات والوثائق الإدارية، حيث نص هذا الأمر على وجوب الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات و الوثائق الإدارية و أضفى عليها حماية خاصة على الجانبين الموضوعي و الإجرائي، و جعل منه التزام قانوني يترتب على مخالفته ارتكاب جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة لبيان الآليات المتبعة من أجل تجسيد هذه الحماية. حيث انتهج المشرع لحماية المعلومات و الوثائق الإدارية كلا من الجانبين الموضوعي و الإجرائي، فتجسدت الحماية الموضوعية من خلال بيان صور الجرائم و العقوبات المقررة لها، أما الجانب الإجرائي فتبنى فيه مجموعة من الإجراءات الخاصة المتبعة للحد من هذه الجرائم و إضفاء الحماية الكاملة للمعلومات و الوثائق الإدارية.	en_US
