dc.description	The family is the basic building block of society, so it received great attention in islamic religious law, and then followed by statutory law enacting laws and regulations, the purpose of which is to protect the family bond and maintain its strength and tenacity. The Algerian legislator was keen to embody this importance by approving a deterrent penal protection for the marital union, criminalizing and punishing all acts affecting it, and establishing special procedures to follow up on them due to the sensitivity and sanctity of this bond.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	الأسرة هي اللبنة الأساسية لقيام المجتمع ، لذلك حظيت باهتمام كبير في الشريعة الإسلامية ، ثم تبعها في ذلك التشريعات الوضعية عن طريق سن قوانين ووضع تنظيمات، هدفها حماية الرابطة الأسرية والمحافظة على قوتها وتماسكها. وحرص المشرع الجزائري على تجسيد هذه الأهمية من خلال إقراره لحماية جزائية رادعة للرابطة الزوجية ، وتجريمه لجميع الافعال الماسة بها والمعاقبة عليها، ووضع إجراءات خاصة لمتابعتها نظرا لحساسية و قدسية هذه الرابطة	en_US
