dc.description.abstract	لا يمكن للسجناء حماية أنفسهم داخل المؤسسات العقابية أثناء انتشار الأوبئة، لذلك خلال انتشار كوفيد19 وضعت المسؤولية على الدولة، لتوفير كافة الخدمات الصحية والآليات القانونية اللازمة للحفاظ على سلامتهم، لأن السجن مؤسسة مغلقة لا يسمح دائما بتوفير الرعاية المتاحة في الخارج. ومن أجل تحقيق الهدف عملت الجزائر جاهدة على تطبيق كافة الآليات والإجراءات من أجل الخروج بأقل الخسائر.	en_US
