dc.description	The conciliation fine in penal articles is one of the modern legal techniques that are effective in reducing the burden on judicial authorities and making them focus more on sensitive issues that require a lot of effort and time. By instilling a spirit of tolerance, and the scope of application of this fine is determined through special texts related to some crimes according to objective conditions determined by the type of crime.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تعتبر غرامة الصلح في المواد الجزائية من التقنيات القانونية الحديثة التي تتسم بالفعالية في تخفيف العب ء على الجهات القضائية وجعلها تركز أكثر في القضايا الحساسة التي تستلزم الكثير من الجهد والوقت، حيث اعتبرها المشرع من بدائل الدعوى العمومية، كما أن غرامة الصلح وسيلة لتحقيق التوازن داخل المجتمع عن طريق بعث روح التسامح، ويتحدد نطاق تطبيق هذه الغرامة من خلال النصوص الخاصة المتعلقة ببعض الجرائم وفق شروط موضوعية تتحدد من خلال نوع الجريمة	en_US
