dc.description	Startingfrom the observation that the "learner " is one of the greatconsumers of the school, and considering the development of educationis an important form of renaissance and a cornerstone of the formation of a new generation in adequacywithitssocio-economic situation, social and cultural formswith the requirements and changes of a new era, becausealmost all countries have adopted a school curriculum and milestonesoverhauls for the development of theireducation system in itsdifferent stages, amongthem :Algeria. On the other hand, and sothattheseschoolscanfulfilltheireducational mission, an internal installation has been built, the schoollibrary. One of the important requirements and components of the effectiveness of the schoollibraryis the need to keep pace withdevelopments in new communication technologies and media so as to enter knowledge society. For the schoolcommunity to widen the circle of benefits and improve the efficiency of the librarydemand and participate in the embodiment of the goals adopted by the librarythrough the theory of social action. The reasons for the failure of libraryvisitswerealsoexamined, and to whatextentlibraryfunds are used and theircompliancewith the requirements of a digital educationbasedmainly on modern communication technologies wereexamined, thisiswhatthisstudyaims to highlight.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	إنطلاقا من أن "المتعلم" من كبار مستهلكي المدرسة ،وبإعتبار تطور التعليم من رقي النهضة ولبنة أساسية لتكوين جيل جديد يتماشى في أنساقه السوسيو-إقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية مع متطلبات ومتغيرات العصر،إذ عمدت معظم الدول إلى اعتماد منهاج لتطوير منظومتها التربوية في مختلف أطوارها ومراحلها ،من بينها الجزائر. ومن منطلق آخر وحتى يتنسنى لهذه المؤسسات التربوية من تأدية رسالتها التعليمية والتثقيفية تم تشييد مرفق داخلي هوالمكتبة المدرسية ،فوجود المكتبة بصفة عامة وفي الثانوية-مكان الدراسة-بصفة خاصة يعبر عن مستوى الإهتمام بأهمية الخدمات التربوية والثقافية والترفيهية التي تقدمها المكتبة المدرسية والتي تنعكس إيجابا على مستوى التحصيل الدراسي والإرتقاء نسبة الإقبال على القراءة والمطالعة داخل المجتمع المدرسي. ومن المتطلبات والمقومات الهامة لفاعلية المكتبة المدرسية ضرورة التماشي ومواكبة تطورات تكنولوجيات الإتصال والإعلام الحديثة تمهيدا لدخول مجتمع المعرفة، وعليه جاءت هذه الدراسة بعينة من ثانويات دائرة الشريعة ولاية تبسة لتبحث عن مدى الاهتمام بفضاء المكتبة والإنشغال بنقائصها على غرار الاستعانة بتكنولوجيات الاتصال الحديثة في الخدمات المكتبية مما يسمح للمجتمع المدرسي توسعة دائرة الاستفادة و تحسين فاعلية الإقبال على المكتبة والمشاركة في تجسيد الاهداف التي تتبناها المكتبة من خلال نظرية الفعل الإجتماعي. كماتم الوقوف على تدارس أسباب عدم التردد على المكتبة وتشخيص مدى استخدام المجموعات المكتبية ومدى مسايرتها لمتطلبات التعليم الرقمي المقام أساسا على تكنولوجيا الإتصال الحديثة وهو ما سعت هذه الدراسة لإبرازه.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	Partant du constat que « l'apprenant » est l'un des grands consommateurs de l'école, et considérant le développement de l'éducation est une forme importante de la Renaissance et une pierre angulaire de la formation d'une nouvelle génération en adéquation avec sa situation socio-économique , formes sociales et culturelles avec les exigences et les changements d’une nouvelle ère , car la quasi-totalité des pays ont adopté un programme scolaire et des refontes jalonnées pour le développement de leur système éducatif dans ses différentes phases et étapes, Parmi eux se trouve l'Algérie. D'autre part, et pour que ces établissements scolaire puissent remplir leur mission éducative une installation interne a été construite, la bibliothèque de l'école. L'une des exigences et des composantes importantes de l'efficacité de la bibliothèque scolaire est la nécessité de suivre le rythme des développements des nouvelles technologies de communication et des médias en vue d'entrer dans la société du savoir. Pour que la communauté scolaire élargisse le cercle des avantages et améliore la l'efficacité de la demande de la bibliothèque et participer à l'incarnation des objectifs adoptés par la bibliothèque à travers la théorie de l'action sociale. Les raisons de l’échec de fréquentation des bibliothèques ont également été examinées, et la mesure dans laquelle les bibliothèques sont réellement utilisées et leur conformité aux exigences d'une éducation numérique basée principalement sur les technologies modernes de communication ont été examinées, ce que cette recherche a cherché à mettre en lumière.	en_US
