تناولنا في دراستنا و من خلال شرحنا لأهمية الموضوع بطرحنا الإشكالية التي حاولنا الإجابة عليها من خلال بحثنا الذي قسمناه إلى فصلين تناولنا في الفصل الأول تعريف الجريمة المنظمة والجهود الدولية التي سعت في تعريفها للجريمة المنظمة بأنها تنظيم إجرامي هيكلي، يعمل هذا التنظيم بشكل مستمر لفترة غير محددة، ونشاطه يعبر الحدود الوطنية، حيث يستخدم العنف والابتزاز والرشوة لتحقيق أهدافه، ثم تحدثنا عن خصائص الجريمة من حيث الهيكلة والبنيان التنظيمي ومن حيث طبيعة النشاط وأهدافه والغاية منه، وتطرقنا الى أبرز صوره التي تجلت في الأنشطة الرئيسية الداخلة في نطاق الجريمة المنظمة والنشاط المساعد ، أما المبحث الثاني، فعرضنا من خلاله أركان الجريمة المنظمة بحيث بينا أن أهم ركن في الجريمة المنظمة هو تأسيس منظمة إجرامية بغرض إرتكاب أنشطة إجرامية خطيرة وتوافر فيها القصد العام لمساءلة الجناة بإنتمائهم لمنظمة إجرامية، أما الجزء الثاني من الدراسة ، فتضمن آليات مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة، بحيث قسمناه هو الأخر إلى مبحثين، تطرقنا في المبحث الأول إلى دور الجزائر في مكافحة أنشطة الجريمة المنظمة في جملة من الجرائم بحيث عالج المشرع الجزائري جريمة تبييض الأموال في قانون العقوبات كما صادقت الجزائر على عدة إتفاقيات دولية في جرائم المخدرات والإرهاب وجرائم الفساد ، أما المبحث الثاني، درسنا من خلاله موقف التشريعات الوطنية المقررة لمواجهة الجريمة المنظمة وأهم السياسة العقابية التي مارستها القوانين الوطنية، وبالإضافة إلى التعاون القضائي الدولي وضرورة مواكبة القوانين الوطنية لحركة التشريع الدولية.

The Algerian crime of money laundering in the penal Code Algeria has alsoratifiedseveral international ratifiedseveral international agreements on drug-relatedcrimes,terrorism and corruption.As for the second theme, westudied the position of national legislationestablished to deal withorganized crime and the most important punitive policy.
