dc.description.abstract	تعتبر الصيدلة من أهم الأعمال الطبية لاتصالها بشكل مباشر مع المستهلكين من أفراد المجتمع،مماقديخلق بعض التجاوزات لدى ممارسي مهنة الصيدلة، والتي تقتضي مسائلته جزائيا إذا ثبت الخطأ لان هذا الاخير يعتبر جوهر قيام المسؤولية الجزائيةللصيدلي، والتي اعترف بها المشرع حماية لسلامة الفرد وعدم تعرضه للخطر، حيث تباينت الجرائم المرتكبة من طرف للصيدلي بمناسبة مهنته، ونص عليها المشرع في العديد من القوانين كقانون العقوبات، قانون الصحة وقانون الوقاية من المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية وقمع الاستعمال والاتجار غير المشروعين بها للإحاطة بجميع الاعتداءات التي من شانها ان تمس بسلامة الفرد عامة والمريض خاصة.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	Pharmacy is considered as one of the most important medical activities due to its direct contact with consumers from members of the community, which may create some abuses toward them, which necessitate his accountability if the error is proven since it's the essence of the criminal responsibility of the pharmacist which was recognized by the legislator to protect the safety of the individual and not to expose him to danger.As the crimes committed by the pharmacist on the occasion of his profession are various, the legislator organized them in many laws such as the Penal Code, the Health Law, the Law on the Prevention of Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, that contains all the violations that would harm the safety of the individual in general and the patient in particular.	en_US
