dc.description	Despite the simplicity of fraud in the sale of goods and fraud in food, but it is a major risk to the individual and to the national economy and business practices, which led to the imperative of the legislator enacting laws and provisions to put an end to these crimes as he tried to protect the consumer such as these crimes that threaten his health and safety. He has provided a set of objective provisions in criminalizing the acts that constitute these crimes and the punishment that is represented in the sanctions prescribed to him, whether for a moral or natural person, as for the procedural provisions in which a legislator tried to establish several bodies protecting a consumer, giving them powers to provide protection, as well as the provision of control and preventive measures, the development of preventive and control measures and also gave asylum to the criminal court in the event of such crimes.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	رغم بساطة جرائم الغش في بيع السلع و التدليس في المواد الغذائية ، لكنها تعد خطر كبير على الفرد و على الاقتصاد الوطني والممارسات التجارية ،مما أدى هذا الخطر إلى حتمية سن المشرع قوانين واحكام ليضع حد لهذه الجرائم كما حاول من خلالها حماية المستهلك من قبيل هذه الجرائم التي تهدد صحته و سلامته . و لقد اورد مجموعة من الاحكام الموضوعية في تجريم الأفعال التي تشكل هذا الجرائم و العقاب الذي تمثل في الجزاءات المقررة ليها سواء لشخص المعنوي أو ، أما بالنسبة الى الاحكام الاجرائية في حاول مشرع من خلالها وضع عدة الطبيعي هيئات تحمي مستهلك ، مع اعطائهم صلاحيات لتوفير الحماية ، كما حدد اجراءات الرقابة و الوقائية، وضع تدابير وقائية و رقابية و كما أعطى حق لجوء لقضاء الجزائي في حالة وقوع هذا الجرائم.	en_US
