dc.description	In our study, we discussed the experience of e-government in Algeria, through which we aimed to demystify the concept of egovernment and to know the extent of its application on the ground. In addition, public policy is the public sector bodies to improve the efficiency and efficiency of the government by using information and communication technologies that affect their relations with the citizen and Governments can push the idea of e-government in its multiple stages by creating an electronic vision, ensuring effective political commitment to policy-making processes, and incorporating the needs and views of stakeholders.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تناولنا في دراستنا تجربة الحكومة الالكترونية في الجزائر والتي كنا دف من خلالها الى إزالة الغموض حول مفهوم الحكومة الالكترونية ومعرفة مدى تطبيقها على ارض الواقع إضافة الى السياسة العامة هي هيئات القطاع العام لتحسين مستوى الفاعلية و الكفاءة للحكومة باستخدام تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصال التي تؤثر على علاقا ا بالمواطن و باستطاعة الحكومات دفع فكرة الحكومة الالكترونية في مراحلها المتعددة من خلال تكوين رؤية الكترونية وضمان التزام السياسي الفعال لعمليات صنع السياسة العامة وتضمين احتياجات وراء الجهات المعنية.	en_US
