Résumé:
The urban improvement at the present time a new mechanism to improve the quality of life
and environment of the urban within residential neighbourhoods as well as the city as a whole, process
of intervention to improve the framework of life is not necessarily to address the deterioration that
may affect the installations and buildings, but it may be improvement as a result of those changes on
community characteristics and cultures of the population and the passage of time and generational
succession we do the process improvement each time in order to keep up with these changes and the
appropriate framework of life with new data or new generation.
Discussing this subject, we have opened the door to consider the existing urban product
quality, and to draw attention to the need to back to back to correct the positions of environmental
degradation.
The improvement of the framework of life requires us to intervene to improve the building
and the space frame the outside at the same time, we would we have paid the bulk of our attention
to external spaces on the grounds that the building framework to achieve the minimum conditions of
life of the population compared to the status of the external spaces and patterns of the urban
environment and the methods of dealing with it.
In general it should be characterized by improvement of continuity process, even gaining a
special mission can be called a sustainable improvement of the name, taking into account that are
