الهدف من الدراسة: معرفة تأثير نمط الحياة على اللياقة البدنية الصحية المدركة لدى تالميذ الطور المتسوط. - طريقة إجراء الدارسة: إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي أجري البحث على عينة تم إختيارها بطريقة عشوائية منتظمةمنتالميذ المرحلة المتوسطة بلغ عدد أفراد عينة البحث 40 تلميذ )إناث وذكور( تبلغ أعمارهم ما بين 13 و17 سنة. - نتائج الدراسة: من خالل ما تعرفنا عليه أن ال توجد فروق ذات داللة إحصائية في كل المتغيرات الخاصة بنمط الحياة واللياقة البدنية بإستثناء تك ارر ممارسة السباحة وجدنا فروق بين الذكور واإلناث. ومن خالل المناقشة توجد فروق ذات داللة إحصائية بين التالميذ في نمط الحياة واللياقة البدنية تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس كما توجد عالقة عالقةإرتباطية بين نمط الحياة واللياقة البدنية المدركة

The aim of the study: To know the effect of lifestyle on the perceived healthy physical fitness of middle stage students. -Method of conducting the study: The researcher used the descriptive approach. The research was conducted on a randomly selected sample of middle school students. The number of the research sample was 40 students (females and males) aged between 13 and 17 years. - Results: From what we have learned that there are no statistically significant differences in all the variables related to lifestyle and physical fitness, with the exception of the frequency of swimming, we found differences between males and females. Through the discussion, there are statistically significant differences between students in lifestyle and physical fitness according to gender variables, and there is a correlation relationship between lifestyle and perceived physical fitness
