| dc.description | This research aims to identify the position of Control Center of basketball players in the basketball team in the wilaya of Tébessa, as well as their Motivation for Achievement. It also aims to identify the relationship between the control center and the achievement motivation of these players. The research included a sample of 20 players in the basketball team in the governorate of Tebessa, and the researcher used the descriptive approach to solve their research problem, relying on two tools to measure the control center, control and achievement motivation of the players, and in view of the Corona pandemic The researchers recommended the necessity of following up the psychological variables of the players, especially the position of control and the motivation of achievement, and work to deal with the players through it, as well as the need to work on evaluating the position of control and control of the players who have external control to put matters in their hands and the relationship of that to their achievement motivation is not clear. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مركز التحكم لدى لاعبي كرة السلة في فريق كرة السلة بولاية تبسة وكذلك التعرف على دافعيتهم للانجاز، كما كان يهدف إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين مركز التحكم ودافعية الانجاز لدى هؤلاء اللاعبين. اشتمل البحث على عينة من لاعبي فريق كرة السلة بولاية تبسة وعددهم ( 20 ) لاعبًا واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لحل مشكلة بحثهم، بالاعتماد على أداتين لقياس مركز التحكم الضبط ودافعية الانجاز لدى اللاعبين ، ونظرا لجائحة كورونا أوصى الباحثون بضرورة متابعة المتغيرات النفسية لدى اللاعبين ولاسيما موقع الضبط ودافعية الانجاز والعمل على التعامل مع اللاعبين من خلالها، كذلك ضرورة العمل على تقويم موقع الضبط والسيطرة لدى اللاعبين ممن لديهم ضبط خارجي لجعل زمام الأمور بأيديهم ولاتضاح علاقة ذلك بدافعية الانجاز لديهم. | en_US |
