| dc.description | The study aims to identify statistical differences in internal and external motivation in the undergraduate and non-youth student. Recognize the role of youth institutions in the development of the student's internal motivation. Recognize the role of youth institutions in the development of the student's external motivation The two researchers used the descriptive curriculum for such studies, with the researchers using the form data collection tool on a sample of 72 university students from the Institute of Physical and Sporting Activities Science and Technology at the University of Tebessa. The study found significant differences in external motivation among students of the Institute of Physical and Sporting Activities Science and Technology in the variable of youth institutions. There are no statistically significant differences in internal motivation among students of the Institute of Physical and Sporting Activities Sciences and Techniques in the variable of engagement in youth institutions. Youth institutions have a role in developing the scientific motivation of the undergraduate student at the Institute of Physical and Sporting Activities Science and Technology at the University of Tebessa. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الفروق الاحصائية في الدافعية الداخلية والخارجية لدى الطالب الجامعي المنخرط وغير المنخرط في المؤسسات الشبابية.التعرف على دور المؤسسات الشبابية في تنمية الدافعية الداخلية للطالب الجامعي.التعرف على دور المؤسسات الشبابية في تنمية الدافعية الخارجية للطالب الجامعي، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لمثل هذه الدراسات، حيث استخدم الباحثان أداة جمع البيانات الاستمارة على عينة قدرها 72 طالب جامعي من معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة تبسة، أسفرت الدراسة على وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الدافعية الخارجية لدى طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية في متغير الانخراط في المؤسسات الشبابية.لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الدافعية الداخلية لدى طلبة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية في متغير الانخراط في المؤسسات الشبابية، للمؤسسات الشبابية دور في تنمية الدافعية العلمية للطالب الجامعي بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة تبسة. | en_US |
