طبيب حمزة، عواس كريم2026-10-062026-06-08https://dspace.univ-tebessa.dz/handle/123456789/506هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور استراتيجيات الاتصال العمومي في تعزيز برامج الإدماج الاجتماعي للأحداث بالمؤسسات المتخصصة في الجزائر، من خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت على عينة من الموظفين الإداريين بمركزي وقاية الأحداث ببلدية بكارية وولاية تبسة، وانطلقت الدراسة من تساؤل رئيسي يتمحور حول طبيعة الاستراتيجيات والممارسات الاتصالية المعتمدة داخل هذه المؤسسات، ومدى مساهمتها في دعم برامج التأهيل والإدماج الاجتماعي لفئة الأحداث. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المقاربة البنائية الوظيفية باعتبارها إطاراً نظرياً يفسر الدور الذي يؤديه الاتصال داخل البنية التنظيمية للمؤسسات الإصلاحية، كما تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع. واعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، مع استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) في معالجة البيانات وتحليلها. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود إدراك لدى الإدارة بأهمية الاتصال العمومي في إنجاح برامج الإدماج الاجتماعي، غير أن تطبيق هذه الاستراتيجيات ميدانيا يتأثر بجملة من العوامل التنظيمية والإدارية. كما بينت النتائج أن الأساليب الاتصالية القائمة على الحوار والإقناع والاستماع الفعال تعد من أكثر الأساليب تأثيراً في تفاعل الأحداث واستجابتهم لبرامج الإدماج وفي المقابل، تواجه العملية الاتصالية عدة تحديات، من أبرزها نقص الإمكانيات المادية، وضعف التأهيل المتخصص في مجال الإعلام والاتصال، إضافة إلى محدودية توظيف الوسائط الرقمية الحديثة في تعزيز التواصل مع المحيط الأسري والاجتماعي للحدث. Study Abstract This study aimed to identify the role of public communication strategies in enhancing social integration programs for juveniles within specialized institutions in Algeria, through a field study conducted on a sample of administrative employees at the Juvenile Protection Centers in Bekaria Municipality and Tebessa Province. The study was based on a central research question concerning the nature of the communication strategies and practices adopted within these institutions and the extent of their contribution to supporting rehabilitation and social integration programs for juveniles. To achieve the objectives of the study, the structural functionalism approach was adopted as a theoretical framework to explain the role played by communication within the organizational structure of reform institutions. The study also relied on the descriptive analytical method due to its suitability for the nature of the topic. A questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection, and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program was employed to process and analyze the collected data. The findings revealed that the administration is aware of the importance of public communication in the success of social integration programs. However, the implementation of these strategies in practice is influenced by several organizational and administrative factors. The results also showed that communication methods based on dialogue, persuasion, and active listening are among the most effective approaches in improving juveniles’ interaction and responsiveness to integration programs.
