جباري عاطف2026-10-062026-06-07https://dspace.univ-tebessa.dz/handle/123456789/513هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المنصات الرقمية في تعزيز التواصل التربوي بين أولياء التلاميذ والمؤسسة التربوية، وبالتحديد في ابتدائية جداي محمود. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة قدرا بـ 35 من الأولياء. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود استجابة مرتفعة وقوية من قبل الأولياء تجاه استخدام المنصات الرقمية، خاصة عبر الهواتف الذكية، مما ساهم في تحسين جودة وتدفق المعلومات التربوية. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود ارتباط طردي تام بين مستوى استخدام المنصة وشعور الأولياء بفعالية التواصل. وبالرغم من وجود بعض التحديات التقنية ونقص الخبرة لدى فئة محدودة، إلا أن الدراسة خلصت إلى أن الرقمنة تعزز الثقة والمتابعة المستمرة لمسار التلاميذ الدراسي، وأوصت بضرورة تطوير التفاعل الثنائي بين الإدارة والأولياء لضمان جودة التواصل. الكلمات المفتاحية: المنصات الرقمية، التواصل التربوي، أولياء التلاميذ، الرقمنة، ابتدائية جداي محمود Study Abstract English This study aimed to highlight the role of digital platforms in enhancing educational communication between parents and educational institutions, specifically at DJADAI Mahmoud Primary School. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection from a sample of parents. The findings revealed a high and strong response from parents toward using digital platforms, particularly via smartphones, which contributed to improving the quality and flow of educational information. Furthermore, the results showed a perfect positive correlation (1.000) between the level of platform usage and the parents' perception of communication effectiveness. Despite some technical challenges and a lack of expertise among a limited group, the study concluded that digitalization strengthened trust and continuous monitoring of students' academic progress.
