    متطلبات ترقية القطاع الصناعي لدعم التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر

    ملخص هدف هذه الدراسة التعرف على المفاهيم العامة وأهمية كل من التنويع الاقتصادي والقطاع الصناعي، مع ضرورة الأخذ بعين الاعتبار التجارب الدولية الناجحة في تطبيق هذه السياسة والاستفادة منها ، وكذلك تحليل واقع التنويع الاقتصادي والقطاع الصناعي في الجزائر لمعرفة التحديات التي يواجها وتحديد المتطلبات الضرورية لتطوير القطاع الصناعي بما يساهم في دعم التنويع الاقتصادي بعيداً على الاعتماد على قطاع المحروقات. وقد توصلت الدراسة لنتائج أهمها وجود تنويع في القاعدة الانتاجية نوعا ما خصوصا في الايرادات العامة كما أظهرت فترة الدراسة كذلك أن الاقتصاد الجزائري لا يزال يعتمد بشكل كبير على صادرات المحروقات التي تمثل الحصة الاكبر من إجمالي الصادرات حيث يجعله حبيس الازمات العالمية، وتبين كذلك أن القطاع الصناعي من أضعف القطاعات مساهمة في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي رغم إمكانياته الهائلة حيث يواجه عدة تحديات تعيق تطوره= This study aims to identify the general concept and the importance of both economic diversification and the industrial sector, while emphasizing the need to consider and benefit from successful international experiences in Implementing such policies. It also analyzes the reality of economic diversification and the industrial sector in Algeria in order to understand the challenges they face and to determine the necessary requirements for developing the industrial sector in a way that supports economic diversification away from dependence one the hydrocarbon sector. The study reached several key finding most notably that there is a certain degree of diversification in the production base , particularly in public revenues. However, the study period also showed that the Algeria economy still relies heavily on hydrocarbon exports, which constitute the largest share of total exports, making it vulnerable to global crises .it was also found that the industrial sector is among the weakest contributors to GDP despite its significant potential , as it faces multiple challenges that hinder its development.
