دور حوكمة الشركات في رفع تنافسية المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة شركة الإسمنت تبسة

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة حوكمة الشركات في رفع تنافسية مؤسسة الأسمنت تبسة، من خلال التعرف على حوكمة الشركات ومبادئها المتمثلة في وجود أساس فعال للحوكمة، أصحاب المصالح وضمان حقوق المساهمين الإفصاح والشفافية، ومسؤولية مجلس الإدارة، والتعرف على مختلف مؤشرات التنافسية وكذا تحديد مختلف إستراتيجياتها بالإضافة إلى توضيح العلاقة بين حوكمة الشركات و تنافسية المؤسسة، وقد تم استقصاء آراء الموظفين بمؤسسة الإسمنت - تبسة ومن ثم معالجتها إحصائيا من خلال إعداد نموذج الإنحدار البسيط وتفسيره وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لحوكمة الشركات على رفع تنافسية المؤسسة عند مستوى معنوية (0.05). الكلمات المفتاحية حوكمة الشركات، تنافسية المؤسسة، الفعالية، أصحاب المصالح، الإفصاح والشفافية= This study highlights corporate governance's role in boosting the Tebessa Cement Company's competitiveness. It examines governance principles: solid foundations, shareholder rights, disclosure, transparency, and board responsibility. It identifies competitive indicators and strategies while exploring the governance-competitiveness link. Employee opinions from the Tebessa Cement Company were analyzed using a simple linear regression model. The study found a statistically significant impact of corporate governance on company competitiveness at a 0.05 significance level.
أثر ادارة المعرفة في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر إدارة المعرفة بعملياتها الثالثة - اكتساب المعرفة ومشاركة المعرفة وتطبيق المعرفة - في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية في مؤسسة األسمنت بتبسة TCC، وذلك بواسطة توزيع استبيان على عينة من الموظفين حجمها 05 موظفاً، وقد تبين أن إدارة المعرفة تساهم في تحسين األداء التنظيمي ورفع جودة اإلنتاج ودعم األداء التنافسي للمؤسسة، كما تبين أن مؤسسة TCC كفرع من فروع المجمع الصناعي العمومي GICA تستحوذ على الحصة السوقية األكبر في السوق الجزائرية. وقد أسفرت الدراسة التطبيقية على وجود تأثير إيجابي لعملية تطبيق المعرفة فقط في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة، ويمكن تفسير ذلك بأن عمليتي اكتساب المعرفة ومشاركتها يتمان بشكل روتيني ال يضيف قيمة جديدة، بينما يتم تطبيق خبرات قديمة في األداء واتخاذ قرارات وحلول فورية وفردية. وفي األخير يمكن اقتراح تثمين األثر اإليجابي لعملية تطبيق الخبرات بتمكين الموظفين ذوي الخبرات، وكذا معالجة ضعف مساهمة عمليتي اكتساب المعرفة ومشاركتها بتطوير برامج التدريب والتكوين ودمج العمليتان في نظام الحوافز، وكذا مواصلة التحسين المستمر ألن الحصة السوقية الكبيرة ال تلغي ضرورة تعزيز الميزة التنافسية= The study aims to highlight the impact of knowledge management, with its three
processes (acquiring knowledge, sharing it, and applying it), on enhancing the
competitive advantage of the Tebessa Cement Company (TCC), using a questionnaire
distributed to a sample of 50 employees. Key findings include: knowledge management
contributes to improving organizational performance, raising production quality, and
supporting the company's competitive performance; and TCC, as a subsidiary of the
public industrial group GICA, holds the largest market share in the Algerian market.
The applied study revealed a positive effect of knowledge application alone on
enhancing the company's competitive advantage. This can be explained by the fact that
knowledge acquisition and sharing are routine processes that do not add new value,
while outdated expertise is applied in performance, leading to immediate and
individualized decision-making and solutions. Finally, the following suggestions are
made: maximizing the positive effect of knowledge application by empowering
experienced employees, addressing the limited contribution of knowledge acquisition
and sharing by developing training programs and integrating these processes into the
incentive system, and continuing continuous improvement, as a large market share does
not negate the need to bolster competitive advantage.
دور المقاولتية في دعم التنمية المحلية -دراسة حالة : الوكالة الوطنية لدعم و تنمية المقاولتية

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوعاً بالغ الأهمية في ظل التحولات الاقتصادية المعاصرة، وهو "دور المقاولاتية في دعم التنمية المحلية"، بالتطبيق على الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية (ANADE) - فرع تبسة. تهدف الدراسة بشكل أساسي إلى إبراز الكيفية التي تساهم بها المشاريع المقاولاتية والمبادرات الفردية في تنشيط الاقتصاد المحلي وتحقيق التنمية المتوازنة= This study addresses a highly significant topic within the context of contemporary economic shifts, titled: "The Role of Entrepreneurship in Supporting Local Development: A Case Study of the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship (ANADE) - Tebessa". The primary objective of this research is to highlight how entrepreneurial initiatives and individual projects contribute to stimulating the local economy and achieving balanced regional development.
دور الابتكار التنظيمي في تحقيق الرشاقة التنظيمية في المؤسسة الخدماتية مديرية الضرائب تبسة

هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر أبعاد الابتكار التنظيمي (الابتكار الإداري، الابتكار التقني، ابتكار العمليات، وابتكار الخدمات) على الرشاقة التنظيمية بمديرية الضرائب بتبسة. واعتمدت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة، مع توزيع استبيان على عينة مكونة من 38 موظفًا، وتحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS V27. وأظهرت النتائج وجود أثر إيجابي ودال إحصائيًا للابتكار التنظيمي على الرشاقة التنظيمية، حيث فسرت أبعاده نحو 50% من التباين في الرشاقة التنظيمية. كما تبين أن الابتكار الإداري، والابتكار التقني، وابتكار العمليات لها تأثير معنوي في تعزيز الرشاقة التنظيمية، بينما لم يثبت وجود أثر معنوي لابتكار الخدمات داخل المؤسسة محل الدراسة= This study aimed to examine the impact of organizational innovation dimensions (administrative innovation, technological innovation, process innovation, and service innovation) on organizational agility at the Tax Directorate of Tebessa. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and a case study method. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 38 employees and analyzed using SPSS V27.
The findings revealed that organizational innovation has a statistically significant positive effect on organizational agility, explaining approximately 50% of the variance in organizational agility. Administrative innovation, technological innovation, and process innovation showed significant positive effects, while service innovation did not have a statistically significant effect within the studied institution.
فعالية نظام الرقابة الإدارية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل خالدي عبد العزيز-تبسة-

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فعالية نظام الرقابة الإدارية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل خالدي عبد العزيز بتبسة وذلك من خلال إبراز طبيعة العلاقة بين الرقابة الإدارية وجودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة داخل المؤسسة الصحية واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره الأنسب الدراسة الظاهرة وتحليلها، كما تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة، إضافة إلى استخدام برنامج 20 SPSS) لمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين فعالية نظام الرقابة الإدارية وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية، حيث تساهم الرقابة الإدارية في تحسين أداء العاملين، وحسن استغلال الموارد المتاحة، ورفع مستوى الانضباط الإداري، مما ينعكس إيجابا على جودة الخدمات الصحية ورضا المرضى وفي ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز نظام الرقابة الإدارية داخل المؤسسات الصحية، والاهتمام بالتكوين المستمر للعاملين، وتطوير أساليب الرقابة بما يواكب التطورات الحديثة في مجال الإدارة الصحية، قصد تحسين مستوى الخدمات الصحية المقدمة. الكلمات المفتاحية الرقابة الإدارية - جودة الخدمات الصحية المؤسسة الصحية - الأداء الإداري - رضا المرضى= This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the administrative control system in improving the quality of healthcare services at the Specialized Mother and Child Hospital "Khaldi Abdelaziz". The study focused on highlighting the relationship between administrative control and the quality of healthcare services provided within the healthcare institution.
The study adopted the descriptive analytical method as the most appropriate approach for analyzing the phenomenon. A questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool, and the data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS 20 program.
The study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the effectiveness of administrative control and the improvement of healthcare service quality. Administrative control contributes to improving employees' performance, ensuring better utilization of available resources, and enhancing administrative discipline, which positively affects healthcare service quality and patient satisfaction.
Based on the findings, the study recommended strengthening administrative control systems in healthcare institutions, focusing on continuous staff training, and developing modern control methods in line with recent developments in healthcare management in order to improve the quality of healthcare services provided.
