    دور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية من وجهة نظر هيئة التدريس بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير -تبسة -

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى مساهمة تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة الشهيد الشيخ العربي التبسي. كما سعت إلى توضيح المفاهيم المرتبطة بالذكاء الاصطناعي وجودة الخدمة التعليمية، وقياس أثر تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي على جودة الخدمة التعليمية بأبعادها المختلفة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري والمنهج التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي، وتم اعتماد الاستبيان الإلكتروني كأداة لجمع البيانات، مع معالجتها باستخدام برنامج (Jamovi 2.7.26). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي على جودة الخدمة التعليمية عند مستوى معنوية (α≤0.05)، كما تبين وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية على بعدي العناصر الملموسة والاستجابة، مقابل عدم وجود أثر على أبعاد الموثوقية والثقة والأمان والتعاطف. كما بينت الدراسة وجود تحديات تواجه استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الخدمة التعليمية، خاصة ما يتعلق بالأمن والخصوصية= This study aimed to identify the contribution of artificial intelligence applications to improving the quality of educational services from the perspective of faculty members at the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences, and Management Sciences at University of Martyr Sheikh Larbi Tebessi. It also sought to clarify the concepts related to artificial intelligence and educational service quality, and to measure the impact of artificial intelligence applications on the different dimensions of educational service quality. To achieve these objectives, the study adopted the descriptive approach for the theoretical aspect and the analytical approach for the applied aspect. An electronic questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, and the data were analyzed using Jamovi (Jamovi 2.7.26). The findings revealed a statistically significant effect of artificial intelligence applications on the quality of educational services at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05). The results also showed a statistically significant effect on the dimensions of tangibility and responsiveness, while no significant effect was found on the dimensions of reliability, assurance, and empathy. In addition, the study identified several challenges facing the use of artificial intelligence applications in educational services, particularly those related to security and privacy.
